Received an offer stating that my purchase was eligible for a $40 rebate from Sept 1/21-June 30/22. My claim was rejected. And they state now that that offer ended for me the end of 2021. Dishonest.And as a side note, their contacts are not comfortable at all on me. Can't get used to them. My prescription is only a -1.25 and wearing them looking at a computer my eyes couldn't focus properly. This might just be my eyes tho.

Christina and Michelet failed to provide the promised customer service. Information including the diagram and the definition of the skirt" of the tube were never emailed to me. Michelet requested further personal information ... yet

J'utilise les gouttes oculaires Systane Ultra depuis plus de 10 ans mais récemment ils ont changé le contenant, ce qui fait en sorte qu'il est presque impossible d'utiliser la bonne quantité. À chaque fois, 50 % du produit est gaspillé et coule sur le visage ☹ ce qui signifie que cela va me coûter le double du prix... Je vais être obligée de me tourner vers une autre cie car aucune possibilité d'émettre de commentaires sans appeler et à voir les avis sur le service, ça donne aucune envie de le faire. Une cliente fidèle très très déçue...

I purchased Systane nighttime gel, recommended by my optometrist. The first tube I used was good; it helped with my dry eyes. The next tube I purchased was overly thick and was difficult to get the right amount of gel from the tube to use in my eyes. I filled out an online form with a question as to the use of the gel and after a number of days received a response from quality control. When I talked with that person, she was to email me so I could provide info from my tube. She never emailed. I then left at least 5 voicemails for customer service and never received one call back. Although I think the Systane products are generally good, their customer service is 0.

the most unreliable and untrustworthy company. Dont honor their promo and try anyway to deny your rebates.

more often I buy eye systane ultra a lubricating eye drops and I find 30-to 40 percent ampules virtually without any drop. Alcon cheating clients. they should be accountable. its a punishable offence
