we went in instead of doing drive thru for the first time. will never eat there again now. the kitchen is filthy!! the lady made my framers wrap on top of the bin the wraps come in because the counter was too dirty. there were bagels thrown everywhere, no surface was clean, an absolute nightmare!!

Due to staff shortage only drive-thru is open.They truly need to hire more stuff if they can't find them pay them more.Have it equal for the people that don't have cars to be able to get coffee.

This location is horrible. It's the only location I've been to in years that won't take a breakfast item order at 3:58pm, apparently they don't serve breakfast items passed 4pm (which it wasn't) according to the Tim Hortons website all locations have breakfast anytime. This location also does not carry double chocolate dipped donuts?? Again I've never seen a Tim's not carry that donut. The staff were extremely rude as well, it took forever to get my 10 tim bits, thankfully this location carries chocolate tim bits. Horrible service abs utterly rude staff.

this is the worst, slowest drive thru in Whitby. They have no system to make things run smoothly in the morning and you will sit at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged

Staff is so rude sometimes the Tim Hortons across the street in the Esso even has worst staff. I have never felt this poor of level of service except at these two locations.We ordered beyond burger, and well the picture will speak. No consistency with Tim Hortons sometimes you get a box sometimes not. Like all the money Tim Hortons makes and not investing in the right places.Rather than focusing on making the outside look appealing, put that money on training.

Drive-through has been brutal for the last 6 months and longer in the mornings. Understaffed maybe, but the time to go through has gotten ridiculous and not once a week but every bloody day. My option is to get up 15 minutes earlier or switch to McDonalds as its my next best option on my way to work.See you in the morning McD’s
