Always a great experience with this lady!!!! So caring and patient with my crazy nail themes and ideas. Never disappointed with my results. So many suggestions on how to care for my nails. I have another appointment booked for next week. On top of the great results she is a lovely person with a wonderful personality that always makes it fun. What's not to like :)

(my wife) Made an appointment 3 weeks ahead and got a email conformation. Got a 2nd email reminder the day before. Showing up at the appointment the owner said she did not know, did not show any care or effort to reschedule, but suggested to try another nail studio. Poor customer service and a waste of time.
