Berry's Meat Market

This shop is fantastic! Always the best cut of meat at a great price. We had a treat for Father's Day...Kobe beef! It was amazing! Thank you for the special dinner for our special guy!

I just found this gem. I've had beef tenderloin steaks a couple times. They cut them to the exact size you ask and the meat absolutely melts in your mouth. So tender. I also got the frozen hamburger patties and am very pleased.

Stopped by on our way to Prince Edward county, quite a large selection of meat products. Picked up some hamburgers, they cooked up well and tasted great. Reasonable price too.

Great Butcher Shop. The Beef Maui Kabobs are amazing, so tender. The Farmers Daughter Chicken ones are very good. The frozen burgers and sausages are outstanding too.

Some Very immature staff members. ( Spencer) do not know how to treat there consistent customers. The owners son Spencer needs a lesson in how to conduct business with his customers before they all walk away. I will say they have great steaks and some hard working employees such as Rachel.Very disappointed. Very disgusted at the lack of professionalism that the owners work so hard for and there great name so some snot nose kid can run in the ground.I welcome the owner to contact me if he so wishes.All the best.

I've been coming here for years. The meat is fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable. Their freezer orders are a great deal. I like knowing what I'm getting and that it hasn't been sitting around for a long time. They can also order in different meats if you want something special like duck. Customer service is terrific.

They are a clean and locally made business that provides great quality meat.....I prefer going here and buying fresh meat rather then buying the stuff in the store....It might be a bit more pricey but the quality is well worth it for sure....The service is always great when I go here!

New to the area, I found Berry's on the internet, read all the reviews, and went there to shop last winter. There were no other customers in the store, and if I remember correctly, there were 4 people working. I arrived and stood there for 3 or 4 minutes while no one offered to help me. Finally, I said can't anyone help me? One girl came over to counter and the others just did not even look around. I told her I was new to the area and was looking for a good butcher to supply all our meat. She said nothing, just stared back. The owner or manager did not approach and say anything to make me feel welcome or to indicate that they wanted my business. I had a bag of frozen burgers in my hand, paid, and left, feeling very disillusioned and disappointed. I have not gone back to Berrys, but travel back to Bowmanville for my biweekly meat purchases.
