Fusia Asian Kitchen

This is my first ever review. Normally am not fussy with food but this place food are awful . We ordered our lunch today at work for four and none of us like it. Neither they look good nor they taste good. Literally none of us ate not more than a quarter of our portion. DONOT ORDER period.

Lovely portions, kind staff, but the flavour is a lil lacking.

We had lunch here today. normally we just walk by, even when they stretch out their hands offering samples. But not today. what I appreciated most was their patience and willingness to let us try and sample almost every meat till we decide which one we wanted. And eventhough there was the chance that we could have walked away not buying anything, there were still pleasant while we kept requesting to try somethong else. that means alot. we finally picked something the food was decent but of i go bavk its because of the great service

Highly recommend Fusia Kitchen! Top notch service, always a welcoming friendly smile and oh my word, the food is exceptional! This is the kind of food that one will never get tired of. No one can eat just one meal! Every bite of every variety of food item is so delicious. Amazing options, great value for money and scrumptious food all around . Fusia Asian Kitchen - one of the best in the nation!

They got One of the worst customer service. the guy in the front I don't if is the manager. Doesn't know how to respect others. They won't return your greetings, and nobody on staff knows how to greet customers. instead, they will make fun of you in another language.i often felt discrimination at this place. will never return and tell others to avoid them

Fresh and delicious, it’s my favourite restaurant in the neighborhood. They have many kinds of chicken and they are all amazing, which makes me hard to decide from time to time lol. Price is good with a lot of food!

For all the things right about the place…portion size was excellent. Mind you, it’s too much food for me for one sitting, but it’s good value for you money. The orange chicken and BBQ pork were tasty and the Chili shrimp was flavourful, but very very light on the Chili heat. The people were friendly and offered samples before you buy, which is always a welcomed gesture.The down side was that the mixed vegetables were undercooked and the brown rice was a little on the bland side. With it being the lunch hour, those flaws were rather disappointing.

Very rude, unprofessional staff. Do not consider uber drivers their customers as they put them on hold and never make orders on time. Try treating everyone same

So I gave Fusia another change yesterday for Father's Day. In there response to my review said they were having supplier issue and that they will promise to send plum sauce with spring rolls in the future. So I ordered the special of 4 spring rolls again and I wrote in the note don't forget the plum sauce. So not only didn't they not send plum sauce they sent something named duck sauce which was awful with the spring roll. So enough is enough no more ordering from Fusia. I may order one more time because I have $8 off my next order from uber but not spring roll. But after that I will start ordering from Bourdon St. Grill. You just lost a loyal customer. If I can remove the 1 star I would.Been ordering from them on Uber Eat over 20 time in the past 2 years because of pandemic. I always order the spring roll buy 2 het 2 free. But for the last 4 or 5 time I ordered the spring roll they have not added the plum sauce. I have also added to note and still nothing. You can't eat spring rolls without plum souse. It looks like I will start ordering from Bourdon St. Grill which is next to them in Woodbine same price and same food. Forgetting once or twice but over 4 times it is enough. Bye Fusia.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this place. The portions are amazing, the food is amazing, I’ve ordered here like over 10 times and I’ve never had a complaint about anything! When I crave Asian food, this is my go to place always! ♥️
