My chainsaw sat there for a week a 455 rancher nothing special. I was told a couple days I kept getting the run around. I was told yesterday it would be complete the next morning at the latest then they offer me a quote when asking if I can pick it up meaning they hadn't even touched it. I'll never take any business to them. And the quote was for more than I paid for the saw. They're a husky dealerr repair how can they not have parts.

I took a brush cutter in to be repaired and it was ready faster than I expected and the price was very reasonable. I dealt with three different people, all of whom were courteous and professional.While I was there I also bought a trimmer.I’m glad I found this place!

Pretty long waiting time if you drop off a tool to be repaired for very basic fixes. It took 3 weeks to get my chainsaw back and all it needed was a new primer bulb. If you are trying to get a tool repaired and it's something simple I would recommend just doing it yourself. If you are buying a tool/part this is a great option.

I was just in Ellsworth Chainsaw looking for a Briggs and Stratton carborator or a rebuild kit. I found the guy at the counter to be rude and not really interested in helping me out. He needed the model numbers which I don’t have and cannot get, if I had them, I could order the parts online myself. He gave me about 10 excuses on why he couldn’t help me but not one on how he could help me. Don’t worry I will never return or recommend.

I've been buying my saws from Ellsworth Chain Saw for over 25 years.I came in with my NEW saw,a Husky. Told the front deck it started hard after it warmed up. The story came back that it could be this it could be that, with no real interest in my problem. I asked if they could take a quick look to see if was something simple.At that point I was told I could leave the saw and it would be 4 or 5 weeks to get it looked at.Hello new saw simple problem. I have trees feld down and need to get when to market. Not happy as I took my Husky 450 and left.

They had a nice selection of lawn tools and other sorts of tools. And the gentleman at the counter answered all my questions about what I was interested in. He was very friendly and patient. And I was very impressed I think it's a great place to shop for Stihl and Husqvarna tools.

Took over 2 weeks to hear anything about a lawn mower repair. Called the following Friday and was told they weren't sure what was going on and would call me back. Never heard back, called Monday and they would call me back for sure the next few days. Finally got an update and got the lawn mower back that week. The staff is friendly only reason they got a 2 star but the updates and time to fix was not properly communicated

I had to purchase a new chainsaw,And this is the place to go for all outside projects. Mowers, trimmers, chainsaw,Safety equipment, and lots more. Not a huge store, very personable place and knowledgeable. Prices are very, very competitive. They service all the sell, which is nice...... Just an over all great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been my to go place in the area, when I had first moved to the area it was highly recommended to me and they have not let me down! I was once in need to have auger blades sharpened and I took them here and I had gotten a call that they were ready; However when I traveled from out of the area to pick them up they couldn't be located. They were very apologetic and were quick to resolve the situation, they had opened a package of brand new blades and installed them right away! In case you were wondering I was only charged the original sharpening price!
