The customer service here is spot on! I placed an order for from London UK, to be delivered in Ontario. The website was easy to navigate and place an order. But disaster struck as my destination was way out of their delivery area. Nevertheless, not only did they email me to let me know, they provided me with sound recommendations as to where to find florists similar to them. Yep! definitely worth giving them a go.

I ordered flowers for a friend from Blossoms & I am so impressed! The arrangement was beautiful & dropped off next day. When they couldn't get in touch with the recipient they called her & myself & took a picture of the delivered flowers. I really think they went above & beyond for customer service. A marvellous florist!

Starr kept me updated with my order from start to delivery. She went above and beyond by bringing it into the home and making sure there was enough water in the vase and took the bouquet out of its packaging. She far succeeded my expectations! Highly recommend!!
