This is a specialized place for running equipment. From little accessories like sunglasses to bike. Im tennis player not a runner, I have a problem with my feet that are flat and have a bunion too, racquet guys send me to this place to buy insole for my shoes. I love them and went back and bought 2 more. I asked my son to buy also.They have a box for recycle shoes. I think this is a great idea.Staff are very polite and caring.Since I was so happy with my shopping I like to show it to everyone else to enjoy and be comfortable too.Thanks

Really knowledgeable staff and awesome to have a specialist store like this. Had to drag myself out of there before I bought 15 new pairs of shoes. I did find what I went in for and only left with one extra: some Wright brand socks. They are the best socks I've run in so far.

This place is the best place to go to whether you’re an avid runner or just starting off! The staff are friendly and so knowledgeable- the highlight of our visit was definitely how we were helped by Charles today and he is such a GEM!! We walked in knowing nothing about running or the science behind running shoes, socks, clothes etc and came out more confident and learned quite a bit from him! We’re so excited to start our running journey and Charles was the best person we could’ve asked for to help us get started. Will definitely be our go to place now (seems like we’re not the only ones- there were literally people lined up waiting for the store to open with us to get in haha). Thanks to all the staff here and Charles for the excellent experience!

Not sure if there is a racial bias, but all the associates seemed to avoid helping me. Finally the young woman assisted me and she was great, but when I was checking out the older European woman jumped on cash and took the person behind me. Male associate was conversing with other customers while I was checking out. Not impressed with this store and the service.

I am a beginner runner and was looking for my first pair of proper running shoes. The young gentleman that helped me was so nice, patient and informative. With his help and after trying on 10+ pairs of shoes, we found a pair that fit me so well. Amazing experience and great customer service! I learned so much! I’m already planning my next visit for another pair of shoes!

Checked reviews before showing up and was worried the place was too good to be true.They are better. Went in desperation as the pain of walking around in plain shoes not suited to my feet was becoming unbearable. Not knowing the condition of my own footing I became well acquainted with the characteristics of shoe types all thanks to Sam one of the employees.Ill shout it from here there and everywhere, that guy Sam deserves a raise as he was exceedingly patient and helpful.My ONLY gripe would be that there wasn't that many options for my strangely constructed size 12 wide toe extreme pronation maximum support needing self. Now is that because their stalk is low or there just are not many options for a guy like me, I don't know.May the business stay open for so long as there are people with feet.

Had a fantastic shoe fitting here for trail runners. Learned a lot about the structure of my foot and ultimately left with a very comfortable pair of Brooks Cascadia 16s for an upcoming hiking trip to Utah! I have previously purchased clothing and accessories here as they always have incredible sales and good stock.
