Great location! Didn't have to wait in line with the new by appointment only feature. Your name pops up on the screen with your time slot. Big thank you to Fehmida! She helped tremendously with my son and daughter when they had their blood taken. Kids were nervous and this nurse really helped to calm them down and we didn't feel the needle at all! Great work! Will be definitely returning to this location next time we need a blood test done.

I went in for a 26 week glucose test and found the staff unprofessional, miserable and condescending. There was a type-o on the lab requisition that they pointed out to me and I asked them if they could call my doctor to rectify what they’re looking for, they responded with “that’s not our job” and threw medical jargon at me so I can fix it. Meanwhile there were 3 of them at front desk with no line ups. Once I fixed the issue, the technician told me they can’t do the test because they’re closing. I proceeded to leave but the technician became defensive and publicly patronized me in a room full of other patients without me having uttered a word. Stay away at all costs.

Fast place . Very nice workers . Very busy place but they do their best . Tinah So respectful and very good at what she does. I think she is new because I’ve never seen her there before.she poke so gentle . She did my whole family’s blood work today and we all didn’t feel anything.

Have been to this lab a couple of times, really efficient staff, specially Mamta. Mamta is extremely knowledgeable about the forms required for various tests and goes out of her way to help the patients.

I did my bloodwork here today and it was probably the smoothest bloodwork i had. The lady that took my blood was very good with needle i barely felt it and she had a very steady hand when changing the blood containers while the needle was still in.

Very poorly organized new staff I have not seen before. I witnessed about a half dozen mistakes while attending to me and other patients, particularly by one nurse. They could not find the requisition, even after I pointed out where it usually is, and where it ended up being. They didn't know the current date, thought it was four days later? Sure enough I get the same nurse to have blood drawn. Sure enough the lab results state trace hemolysis detected - interpret results with caution. This is almost always due to poor technique by the nurse during the blood draw. Sadly I won't be returning to this location. I will give one star because although incompetent, the nurse was polite.

Great location super clean, friendly staff Bobbie (hope I spelled her name correclty) was super nice and made the anxiety of getting blood work alot easier she was super quick gentle and friendly ~ will be using this location again for any future blood work ~

Great Experience from start to finish! I was lucky enough to have Aveen do my bloodwork, Usually they have issues finding a vain and was anxious, she was caring professional and barely felt a thing! Thank you Aveen.

I saw couple of reviews and I must say some made me quite upset. I will get to this later on. For the start I will say that I use 15 Mountain location for long time and rarely had any issues. My last visit I had horrible experience with one of the new hires there (That review mention new workers!),. She missed the vain and did not know what to do. She was moving the needle inside while she was clearly in panick saying, omg, omg I missed! I start to feel realy bad pain and finally had to tell her to pull it out ! The tall blond"

Great place to come have lab work done. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I have very small veins and bruise easily and the staff here take extra care to make sure that I am comfortable and I have never bruised after coming here. Highly recommend this location. The online make an appointment feature is great! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.
