Not impressed by Matt.He showed his true colors about 3 months into my home search.As a first time condo buyer there was a lot a I didn't know (like special assessments), but Matt was more focused on completing a deal sooner to earn his hefty commission. He wasn't patient when I asked him a lot of questions, which is expected for a first time buyer.Do NOT recommend Matt.Go elsewhere for your real estate needs.Use Wes Morrow at CIR Realty. Bought me a 2nd property thru him and he was 1000x better!

My wife and I spent many years looking on and off for the perfect house in Calgary, waiting for the right time and the right place.
