Canadian Appliance Source Winnipeg

This CAS sells poorly designed appliances, wouldn't take the dishwasher back since it was installed and out of the box. How am i supposed to know that this is a smaller than normal dishwasher until its installed. A 24 inch should be similar to other 24 inch dishwasher. 20 % of this dishwasher is consumed by the bottom plate and just looks ridiculous once installed. Misleading pictures online. GE GDT225sslss

Our sales person was great and got us a good deal. Rated 4 stars because our appliances kept getting discontinued, which can happen when you order in advance. But, what annoyed us was that our 2nd selected fridge was discontinued after we paid in full and scheduled delivery. The “replacement “ model cost more (which we had to pay) which should have been their problem at that point, not ours.

We received a great deal on our appliance, and our sales associate was wonderful. He was helpful and very informative. Our appliance was thankfully in stock as well, which was a bonus compared to having to wait 14-16 weeks at many other stores.The delivery was also very quick. The delivery company was very helpful and professional. They were also very careful to make sure our appliance wasn’t and didn’t get damaged going into the house. Altogether my husband and I had a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.

This company will give you the run around. After two weeks of waiting and three rescheduled pickup dates, even getting a refund for a deposit is a hassle! Don’t waste your time.

The sales person (Alireza)at the store on Kenaston was professional, gave me all the pros and cons of what I was looking for. I actually chose a fridge based on what he told me that I would’ve never thought I would’ve chose. He did not try to over sell me at all.I have no regrets with my new purchase.

We purchased a fridge and ice maker from CAS Winnipeg. The fridge was in stock, but they needed to order in the ice maker. It ended up taking 7 months for the ice maker to arrive. Since it arrived in winter, we didn't open the box until recently to get ready for summer. It turns out they ordered the wrong ice maker and doesn't fit the fridge that was bought at the same time. Now they will not accept a return or exchange since it is outside of their return window, even though it was an error on their part.

Dev Patel was personable, well-informed, and helpful in our choosing a new fridge. The delivery was seamless. I would recommend anyone looking for new appliance(s) to go to CAS!

Great service. Yoyo at Canadian appliances was thorough, friendly and efficient. The delivery was on time and easy to track. The guys went above and beyond to deliver and set up my fridge. The best part of this experience was not having to leave my home and waste my precious days off driving from store to store to get pricing and availability. The entire purchase was done from the comfort of my own home. Delivery was an unbelievably smooth process. This will be my go to option for future appliance purchases.

We recently purchased over $10000 worth of appliances from this store. They were great to us until they received payment. The Samsung fridge they delivered was defective. Canadian Appliance Source was not helpful in any way. We were told they are only the retailer and accept zero responsibility for defective product. It is the paid customer who must make all arrangements to have their new appliances repaired or replaced. Unacceptable, I fulfilled my responsibility by paying in full. I should not have to jump through hoops to get what I have paid for. They tell you they understand but can do nothing to help. Something wrong with that business model. Or maybe not if good business practices are not a priority. I will never do business with them again. I would return all the appliances for a full refund if I didn’t think it would be an absolute nightmare. Buyer Beware…
