Ben Woods Osteopathy

I found Ben randomly through Google after someone mentioned Osteopathy as a game changer for their partners illness. Having tried every other physical modality of healing, I though - let’s give it a shot. I have had several injuries and have dealt with chronic pain for as long as I can remember. After just one visit with Ben I was sold. I couldn’t believe the amount of healing I felt after a short initial treatment. Not only did he help me gain movement I hadn’t even realized I had lost, but he did a lot of internal healing I didn’t even realize was causing problems. Osteo is a game changer and I can’t put into words just how grateful I am that I’ve found such an amazing practitioner as Ben. He’s a life saver !!!

After complaining and suffering through my foot pain for months, I am happy my friend recommended Ben to me and I actually went to see him. I was having foot pain near my heel (it was painful to walk) and now I am back to running with my kids again! It took a few months and a few sessions, but now I am healed. He gave me exercises to do at home and recommended foot wear with better support and orthotics. I was on the verge of having plantar fasciitis and now I am fully healed. He also helped with my wrists and forearm pain. My neck and shoulder posture was affecting these muscles from sitting and typing all day. Ben is amazing and has a great knowledge of muscles and how they affect each other and our mobility. Go visit him so you can be pain free too.

I love these guys! I've been going to Elysis for a few years now in Waterloo and they've been great. Lisa especially, because she was able to help me get through some tough times when my son had colic earlier on, and later went through a nursing strike. It never seems to take more than one visit to resolve the issue. I can't imagine what it would have been like to go through those times without her help.

Ben and Lisa are fantastic people! I go to Ben for Osteopathy and can't say enough positive things for how he's helped me. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes chronic pain and osteo has been the only treatment that truly helps. I recommend him to everyone. His knowledge and flexibility and humour make every appointment enjoyable.

I went to Ben after intestinal surgery complications. My surgery seemed to go well then 2 months later I was unable to digest food. I was burping about 200 times a day and felt like there was a brick in my abdomen. A couple of months later when I was at VGH having shoulder surgery the admitting nurse told me that exactly the same thing had happened to her after intestinal surgery and that she went to Ben and was cured. I asked her if she could please give me Ben’s contact info. As soon as my shoulder healed enough I went to Ben and it was a miracle how he was able to totally fix my digestive system. I have no idea what I would have done without him. I'm so grateful to Ben!
