Tony and the team at Prestige went above and beyond on service. The quality of the repair and the cleanliness of my car upon pick up were absolutely fantastic. I rarely take the time to review but when things are EXCEPTIONAL it must be noted.

Brought my Subaru here for some body work and Prestige did an amazing job with the repairs. They have a very high level of expertise and offered no compromises for the job they performed. Robin was incredibly nice, professional, and easy to talk to. He printed an itemized quote sheet with all parts and labor included. They even got my car done one day earlier that quoted. My car looks better than it ever has and I would use Precision Auto again without a doubt.

Came here to get an estimate after my car had been keyed. After finishing analyzing the damage, Attila asked if I could come back in a half hour, as he was going to be willing to see if he could wet sand/buff out most of it. Long story short, he was able to get the vast majority of the scratch out and did this completely free of charge for me. If this is how Attila and Prestige as a whole treats non-paying customers, I can only imagine the lengths they will go for those who do pay.

My husband and I came to Prestige on a whim and we were so glad we did! Right from the start of our visit, James was friendly and super helpful. Great experience with Dave and his team. We had a minor body damage issue with our Audi Q5 and Dave fixed it for us within our budget. They agreed to see our car by appointment the same day we needed help, and returned it within 2 days as agreed. We compared the quotes from two other body shops and Dave gave us the best offer. He understood that we were on a tight budget and worked with us to fix the problem. Highly recommend Prestige Auto! Robin on the phone line was also very helpful and communicated regularly about the car and the process.

Excellent service. Quality ++ work. Body work on my vehicle was done in 3 days - car looked show room new. They even detailed the inside! Very fair pricing. I would recommend Prestige Auto Collision as the best choice in K-W. Try them....you won't be disappointed.

This shop is partnered right beside a scam artist shop. All I wanted from them was to tell me if my car is a write off or not and they sent it to the mechanic next door to take as much of my money as possible even tho the car was a total write off. The guys advice was to just drive without air bags. When my insurance found out they said they will cancel my insurance. stay far away from both of these shops. Now I'm out $1,800 for a car that's going to the wreckers. And having to take the shop next door to small claims court
