My drywall was a hot mess after having my electrical box moved. There was a giant hole in the wall full of live wires.Brooks Residential Builders reached out to me immediately, dealt with my hectic schedule, and repaired my wall at a very reasonable price. The wall looks better than it did before I had the electric box moved!

Tony is amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I used him to remodel my guest bathroom. He provided suggestions for flooring and trim that would work nicely in the space. I am so glad I found him and used him for this project. I have some additional projects I want tackled in my home, and I’m so excited to use this company again.

The ballast went out near my station in the barbershop so I called Tony. He came expeditiously with his own standing work light so I could work. He returned that day to replace the ballast. Tony treats you like family when it comes to his work and he'll do anything to make sure you're good!!!

We reached out to Brooks Residential to do our flooring which was the finishing touch on a long quarantine kitchen remodel. The overall experience was great from start to finish. He was on time everyday, very knowledgeable on all areas of the home which was awesome to learn new things about our own home and the price was very affordable for us. Our kitchen looks AMAZING with our new tile we couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to our next project with your company soon!

I highly recommend Brooks Residential Builders. I have several rental properties which needed repairs to the bathrooms and kitchens to include flooring. Two of my properties I wanted to enhance by adding decks for the purpose of future sales. Tony Brooks and Team were always prompt, professional and all my projects were discussed in detail to include a fair price, Very trustworthy which is important to my family.I was quite pleased with all the renovation completed In a timely manner and impressed with the Excellent customer service!! Tony came out to install a bathroom sink faucet and pop-up drain. On time arrival, respectful and professional. Very satisfied with the work and plan to hire for future projects. Anthony and his team came in and saved the rehab of one of our homes after another contractor ran off on the job. They came in and completed the kitchen, siding the garage, paint the entire house, and installing all fixtures. When I sold the home the buyer had nothing but great things to say about the craftsmanship. They did a stellar job and I’m excited to work with them on all the homes I’m rehabbing this year.

I have worked with Tony (owner) at Brooks Construction on several home renovations projects. He is simply THE BEST! In general, a reliable, honest, fair, skilled, personable, punctual contractor seems impossible to find. Brooks Construction breaks this mold. This company does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Anytime a surprise comes up during a project, Tony brings it to my attention and we work out a reasonable solution. I would give 6 stars if I could and plan to work with Tony as long as possible!
