We visited Brampton Kitchen showroom with the intention to remodel our kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised at our welcome. Mr. Raj, came up to us and volunteered to show us around. We were impressed so we made an appointment for a site visit.Our decision - rip out tiles on floor and entire kitchen cabinets, counter and backsplash with new design.Mr. Raj was very helpful in this process and so the job began.It is now completed and we are very satisfied with our finished product.Mr. Jas was responsible for the counter - very nicely finished, fit was exceptional. The installers we very particular to get everything done with precise measurement and anything that was pointed out was addressed to our satisfaction.The front desk personnel were always helpful and without them arranging appointments and handling our concerns the job would not have been completed seamlessly.Andy did the tile and backsplash - excellent and high quality.We have decided to remodel our pantry. When completed, will send an additional review.We thank Brampton Kitchen and their entire staff for an excellent job.We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Update…… January 8, 2022 5:24 pmAlmost exactly 24 hours after being promised my kitchen will look like a show room kitchen… it does!Thank you Padnam for your quick action! You are a man of your word! You have gone above and beyond and we are truly happy!Today we had two professionals who take pride in their work come to our home and made our kitchen look great! And they arrived exactly when they said they would.I have modified my rating to reflect our new kitchen after today.I have removed the previous photos of our kitchen and added todays photos!Thank you!Update…….January 7, 2022 5:23 pmAfter posting my review I have heard from the owner Padnam. He came to review my kitchen and to resolve my issues. He has guaranteed he will make my kitchen look like a kitchen from his show room. Stay tuned…. I’m impressed at this response and his willingness to make a customer happy.We had our kitchen cabinets designed and installed by this company Aug 9, 2021. I do NOT recommend. I wanted to wait to rate this company so I didn’t sound like a crazy customer. I have decided to let my photos show you the job this company will do for you. I was told that my custom kitchen looked like this because my walls are not even! I would like to state that my kitchen was measured 5 times by 3 different people. My house was built in 1972…. I don’t know to many houses where everything is perfect which is why we went custom cabinets not ikea!I was accused of “trying to get things for free”. I was accused of being “threatening” and finally I was advised “not to contact the company again”. I will have to have hire a contractor to come and fix my kitchen.I am so disappointed with the installation. Please look at the photos and judge for yourself. Great work. They did our kitchen cabinets and kitchen table too. The sales person bent over backsword's to please my meticulous wife. We had a couple of problems and they took care of them right away. I would recommend them to everyone.

We hired brampton kitchen to do our kitchen makeover and we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. Every point of contact with the team at Brampton Kitchen was professional from kitchen design to installation to post installation support. They delivered the project under a tight timeframe - several days before Christmas and delivered on every timeline, without fail. I would highly recommend Brampton Kitchen for any job big or small. Thank you to Pedam and the team at brampton kitchen for delivering the perfect customized kitchen!!

Full payment received upfront however left unfinished job, kept postponing it, I had to travel for emergency out of country, when came back and asked them to come and complete the unfinished job for which they have received full payment.. they are uncooperative and charging me fees to come and see what was left…Don’t recommend at allThere are so many other businesses available with half the cost and better service and quality…

Just had our custom kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathroom vanities installed by Brampton Kitchen. Everything is exactly as imagined, beautiful, high end quality cabinets and finishes. This is the third time we've used them in 15 years. Many friends and family have also used them based on seeing the work they've done for us in the past. I have no doubt our new kitchen will drive more family and friends to BKC.Professional, great customer service right from the start when selecting the style, color, cabinets, and finishes to following up, checking in and finishing with installation. Any questions or concerns we had were answered right away. BKC has a large, beautiful showroom with full size model kitchens to see up close and try out. Large selection of cabinet styles, finishes, color, counters, hardware and samples to choose from. Just tell them what you want, draw it or give them a picture and they will get it done along with making recommendations and giving advice to help make the best decision.We still need to add tile backsplash and finishing touches but even without all that it still looks amazing. Thank-you to everyone at BKC who helped us.

When we moved into our house 25 years ago, we remodeled the kitchen and bathroom with Brampton Kitchen and Cabinets company. Great work done then and they treated us as a family. Now, 25 years later, we are renovating the same kitchen and bathroom. We shopped around and opted for Brampton Kitchen again, as the best possible choice. Simply, they offer great quality, variety of choices, competitive pricing and, above all, assurance that they stand behind their products and work.They offer every feature and option that modern and functional kitchen may need in order to have fully maximized and organized space.In addition, they provided subcontractors for all other work and jobs needed, like plumbing, electrical work and repairs needed, along with project management of the complete project. They registered every wish that we expressed, to the smallest detail, and fulfilled all expectations. Jas and all staff involved were super nice, very supportive and patient with our requests for customisation on cabinetry and stones , and managed to build an amazing kitchen for our house . We’ll strongly recommend this team to our circle of friends and can absolutely trust with their quality or work and craftsmanship . First time visiting this place, and it was wonderful with ours new kitchen cabinet. Everythings was done accordingly, however the second time we made an order with bathroom cabinet, the prices escalate and much expensive and now we have install it on our own. This have never occur to us, truly. The associates that work don't seem to know how to deal with sales or customers. Only care about $$$ and not honestly. We will not return here because disappointment and unsatisfactory.

We had a complete kitchen renovation done by Brampton kitchen and cabinets and we are extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the countertop and cabinets. We originally were going to get the kitchen renovated by a big box store but are happy we made the right choice with sticking to this company. The value was much better and they had a significant amount of options to choose from whether it be cabinet style, color and pulls. The showroom is a must see.Everything was taken care of for us and after completion installers had even come back for touch ups. They are indeed experts in their field and the design and planning was above and beyond what the big box store had initially presented to us. Everyone was very easy to deal with (the owner himself, the installers and the showroom staff) despite us being extremely indecisive. Thank you so much we are obsessed with our new kitchen!
