I've been using Pioneer for almost 5 years for our weekly waste pickup. They are wonderful. The pickup crew are amazing and any time I had to deal with the administrative staff, they have been professional, responsive and courteous. What more could one ask for? Thanks Pioneer!

I understand the situation with the road being closed and high water. But the customer service on the phone was not polite.

Found the customer service to be abrupt, they permanently cancelled our service because their truck could not make it up our hill, day of with no notice leaving us garbage at the curb. Would have been nice to have their crew wheel the one can up the short road to the main street just for the one week rather than leaving us holding the bag. Similar experience during the winter storms when they were one of the few companies in our area to not pick up for two weeks, providing no additional pick up day as well when other companies were doing so. Leaving us once again with piles of garbage to deal with while neighbors received service. Would recommend someone else if you are in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows

They are not consistent with pickups, we place our garbage out the night before and they always 'forget' to pick it up. Kate is the office is extremely rude! Absolutely horrible customer service!

Paid in full for 6 months, and haven't received a pickup once... Completely outrageous. This is after I have received email confirmation that my garbage would be picked up today for sure. I would not leave such a bad review if it weren't for the fact that I have tried to call on numerous occasions and never get through to a person. Today alone I have called 10 times. Refund my money or pick the garbage up. Thank you.

I currently use this company for my regular weekly household garbage pickup and am in the midst of switching companies. The customer service is absolutely horrible and Kate who you have to deal with is the most miserable person to talk to. I highly suggest NOT using this company.

Love these guys! Great service, responsive, and my garbage is always picked up promptly at the same, consistent time. Super friendly and the pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

We have used pioneer for 5 years but have grown tired of their lack of service on holidays and yearly price increases. They expect you to hold your garbage for two weeks so they can do a double pick up. Customer service was also bad.
