This is the third time I have dealt with Serratore over the years. Every time I have them refurbish my two pairs of cowboy boots and my leather jacket they do a great job and the price is very fair. Their service is second to none and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

I have been coming to this store for years, the Talbot Center and the Citiplaza location and I was impressed with the results every single time. Anthony is very friendly and professional. He provides great advice to ensure that I am aware of the best options and prices in repairing each component of my shoes and exceeded my expectations every single time! For every pair that I love and are discontinued I can always count on Serratore to make them good as new again.

My favourite leather boots were in need of some repair. Serratore Shoe Repair fixed the damaged heels and soles and they look ten times better than when I bought them 4 years ago. I am so unbelievably happy with what a fantastic job they did, and so glad I can wear my favourite boots again with the fall weather right around the corner. they did their best to clean up my shoes, when they are already damaged, there's only so much you can do. lesson learned to bring it into them earlier.very reasonably priced to get an extra couple years out of my shoes.

I brought in a run down pair of hiking boots, red, and wanted them to be oxblood or very close to that. He sent me home with the exact color I wanted and a brush that was needed as well. The price was terrific, didn't expect the low price. He is also working on a pair of boots that I need widened. I only just dropped them off so I will be back with another review. One thing I can tell you so far is that the price was amazingly low!!

Judith is masterful at bringing your footwear back to new. She is thorough and detailed in restoring lifts etc to look brand new. And she even cleaned and buffed my boots to military perfect shine! The Sertatore's is well stocked with Shoe Polishes, laces, cleaners, protectors anything you ight need to keep your shoes in top condition!

I never really thought of repairing my shoes before, but thought I’d give it a try before going and spending $100 plus on new ones. For only $12 and 5 minutes of my time I was able to have my heels fixed, and look/feel as good as new. The owner was a pleasure to talk to while waiting, and the overall experience was great. I defiantly recommend taking your shoes to get repaired at Serratore before going out and buying new ones!

Had Anthony polish a pair of cowboy boots I had abused abit. Boots turned out looking brand new so I took another pair to him to have him put something on the soles so they weren't so slippery. He had them done for the next day and no more slipping issues. Great service super friendly. Very reasonable pricing.
