Michael's is always a fun place to shop. It's the craft person's delight. We picked up jigsaw puzzles. Michael's staff were helpful and shared a discount coupon for the puzzles for us to use at checkout. I snapped a picture of the coupon and the cashier was able to swipe it for an automatic discount.

Went to drop off a package to return to Amazon, and inside the store there's no signage to direct you to the location. As it turns out any cashier can take it. But asking for a receipt just got a we don't do that". Really! So when Amazon never receives the package

Michael's Canada has extremely inflated prices, charging Canadian customers at least double or multiple of what customers in the US are charged.Lack of customer service and staff knowledge in several Calgary and Okotoks stores.Issues brought to head office customer service are not addressed. Some stores don't honor Michael's coupons. Staff incl management don't follow HQ's directive for Canadian stores.Desperately need some competition to Michael's here in Canada.

Looking for Christmas stuff for my wife who has many talents crafting, knitting, crochet, sewing. They got soòoo much stuff and I was a bit lost. Got a bit of help that worked and found something on her list". Worth a check in here if your still "looking" aimlessly for a gift."

It's almost 10:30 a.m. store is open....tried calling 4 times ....nobody answers.....great customer service NOT...it's a Wednesday, everyone could not possibly be so busy that can't answer their phone. It's almost like they turned it off. Guess they don't really want me to spend my money there!!

The picture frames department the staff is no help and their frames are way too expensive. I have been to the store about 6 times and always leave frustrated.

I love Michael's staff and how friendly and helpful they always are every time I visit the store. I also love how I can look on line to see if they have what I want and when they do it tells me exactly which aisle my item I'm looking for is on and when I get to the store lo and behold there it is.
