Hugo Ma is the best bank staff that I've ever met!!!He was AWESOME!!! Very professional, kind, patient, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible. I wish I could rate him 100 stars for the Google Review!My girlfriend and I made an appointment yesterday and arrived their bank nearly to their closing time. Hugo approached to us friendly. We wanted to open a joint account. Hugo didn't just help us to do what we asked, but he listened to our status and needs patiently; advised us to do it in a better way; corrected my girlfriend's info. in her existing bank account; helped me to open a bank account; explained to us thoroughly with every detail (Not just for bank account, but also the limited time offer for new account holder, monthly balance limit, line of credit, mobile app, notification, credit cards etc.). During the time, he did not push us to make any decision but hoped that we could understand better. We felt so warm, grateful and impressed of his positive attitude, efforts and time!! Really appreciate it!!We couldn't be happier with his excellent service, and I will definitely find him if I need any of the banking services. I rarely write google reviews, but Hugo really deserves a big thumbs up for his incredible services!!! I literally fell in love with him. Haha.

All staff members of this branch, in particular the branch manager, Mr Bo Pang and the frontline customer service staff, have been very pleasant and helpful.During our recent visits to perform banking transactions and to access our safe deposit box, we were very promptly attended to.Our pleasant experiences with this branch have led us to move most of our banking needs to them. We are very pleased to recommend this branch to our family members and friends to bank with them.

楼里面有很多BMO的停车位，停车很方便。银行内外共有三台ATM取款机。分行内有汉语服务，平时人不多，几乎不用排队等候。

Free and ample parking, friendly service. My new favourite BMO branch in town!
