Greasy business. Avoid it. I go in for a safety. They tell me they will only issue the safety if I get the pads and rotors changed, but only they can change them. I said I will have another shop change the pads and rotors, you are free to inspect the work and issue the safety afterwards. I was then told they would only issue the safety if I give them the work. I said that's not how it works. Very shady.

The driver of a Colby company car (it was a Volkswagen) wasn't paying attention to their driving and almost collided with another car (the cars were at an intersection side by side and the Colby VW was in the right lane and the other car in the left at a red light). When the light turned green the Colby VW almost collided with the car in the left lane and drove into the wrong lane (the left instead of the right). In other words the car didn't stay in their proper lane. I certainly wouldn't do business with a company that drives carelessly and it's terrible advertisement for your company since your company name is plastered all over the vehicle.

called in today and clearly didn't want my business. when i told him what work i needed done i was told sorry buddy I'm busy.." instead of even asking when I'd like to come in. There's plenty of shops in this area. I wanted to give someone new a shot

Small shop, so quick and easy to deal with - either they can fit you in or not. Most often they fit you in that day or next if you call early. Good prices. Told me I only needed two brake pads done not four.

I always have a positive experience with these guys. My family gets most of maintenance done here and we find the prices to be reasonable and the mechanics to be trustable.
