Cabinet Joint

I am a 5 customer of the Cabinet Joint - a beverage center/bar, a mud room, a small kitchen, a primary bathroom and most recently, a full-size kitchen in a new build. The cabinetry itself is of the highest quality and with the extremely helpful and consistently updated videos you provide on line, assembly is about a 2.5 in difficulty on a 5 point scale. I am a homeowner with limited carpentry knowledge and no design experience and I have assembled all of my past projects myself with glue, a trim nailer and a rubber mallet. With each project, I have dealt with your representative Myson Moseman (and poor Myson has dealt with me). Myson has made an extraordinarily complex process feel simple. He is beyond thorough with the details of each project regardless of the size, and has many helpful insights about the build, design choices, and will tell me what just can't work or other options I ought to consider. I can't tell you how many blanks in my knowledge he has successfully filled without condescension or visible frustration. His depth of knowledge really is incredible. I highly recommend using the Cabinet Joint to complete your Conestoga Cabinetry purchase - well worth it.

We've used Cabinet Joint 3x times now (bathroom vanity, laundry room cabinets, & total kitchen remodel). Cabinet Joint works for us because we love the customization while still being affordable and good quality! We did experience more hiccups in our kitchen design, but I think that's because Cabinet Joint was so busy in 2021. Everything was remedied by the wonderful customer service though.

Do not know anything about this place!Not why I have been selected to review it since I have not been there ever!

The quality is fine, I’m not sure about the service or the organization of the company, communication has been terrible for us. They tell you that it’s just a few videos to watch, but they leave out information and none of the numbers they have us have matched up with the pieces or invoices, our rep admitted that he made a mistake with our floor plan and the invoice sheets, but that was it, after banging my head against the wall for three days they finally got back to me and basically said good luck figuring it all out.Just for reference, I build things for a living, and am quite good at it, but the instruction and communication have been extremely disappointing. Yet when I call them out on it, they took zero blame and instead of trying to help me they passed the blame on to conestoga.I very much regret spending money with the cabinet jointP.s.We are now on our 4th face frame for one of the cabinets, every time it’s shown up with cracks on the seams, not a shipping issue…

Tried getting a design and quote. They are unresponsive. It’s been weeks since I put in the request for quote. I have even called several times. They always say something like that’s so unusual for us, we will have your assigned cabinet designer reach out later today. Then nothing. No customer service here.Edit: We did finally speak with Mark. We are hopeful this can work out well. More to come.

I just finished my third project using The Cabinet Joint and their custom cabinets. My first project was a basement kitchen, next was a pantry, then a mudroom/laundry room. Every time the projects come out great. So great, that I just placed a 4th order and am working on the details of a fifth. The ability to customize the cabinets down to fractions of an inch is great. The quality, fit, finish and ease to assemble is outstanding. In my normal career I work in 1/10ths of mm all day long, so I can be very detailed and picky when it comes to fine details and the cabinets and the people at the cabinet joint have always met my expectations. I would highly recommend them and as you can see, I use them over and over again.

We have been enjoying our new kitchen for about a year. We are still loving it! We specified Cabinet Joint with our contractor. Being able to specify measurements and modifications help us with some unique needs/wants. Our shaker style in Huron looks great. Both the drawer and pull out hardware continue to function well. The finish is durable and beautiful.

First time ordering RTA cabinets. I had a great experience with Cabinet Joint. Any issues that arose were handled promptly by their team. The quality of the cabinets is really good. We went with the inset. Assembly was fun, but I wouldn't recommend getting RTA if you've never picked up a tool in your life. The videos put out by Cabinet Joint are very helpful.

Over all the cabinets look great, function as expected, and materials seem to be of good quality. Unfortunately the quality control of the manufactured cabinet parts had many issues. The routed guide lines for nailing on some cabinets were either in the wrong location or drifted off from the proper location. I had three wall cabinets with the same side panel where the routed dovetail grooves drifted off, one so badly I had to spend much time filing the groove to get it back in line so the cabinet could be assembled. The worst was a wall cabinet mistakenly made about an inch too small and the face frame too big. Not knowing this at assembly and only after mounting, did I realize the issue. I had to take the cabinet down, flip it 180 degrees and paint the unfinished side to make the frame look good. The factory painted finished side was now unseen against a side wall. Cabinet Joint needs to re-visit their quality control program
