I'm actually super shocked by the negative reviews as I have had nothing but a positive experience with Claimspro. We have been dealing with Carrie E at the calgary office and she has been both friendly, kind and helpful. She has kept me well informed and ensured I had all the information I needed during our recent storm damage claim. She was easy to get ahold of and was a kind ear when I needed it.

This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. My adjuster was incredibly difficult to get ahold of. I sent an email response March 17th 2023 with several questions about my claim (because what she told me in an earlier email I was covered for apparently was not the case once she submitted my invoices, which, if she said she reviewed the policy she should have known) and I have had ZERO response from her. The whole time I have been dealing with her has been like this, poor communication. I think this is a common problem in this company as I see it consistently in their reviews.I will be looking to change insurance companies because my experience with Claims Pro has been SO POOR. Do not waste your time with this company - just cut your losses and seek out an insurance provider who uses another adjuster.

I would not recommend this company. We were contracted to write a report for them and have not been paid. Our calls have not been answered and our invoice not paid. We were told by the manager that they pay when the claim comes in. Bogus business practice. Not an upstanding organization. Gina Capponi hounded us for a report and now will not return our calls and settle the account. Is this how you want your business handled?

These guys are handling a claim for us and the telephone adjuster is horrible. She never got back to us, we tried calling several times along with emailing and after nothing I tried calling her manager and of course, no better got her VM. The TELEPHONE adjuster finally emailed my husband back. Our vehicle has been at the body shop for days and we haven't heard anything and cant get a hold of anyone. Their phone says they are closed but google says they are open. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Chris Gentle with claims pro Calgary is very unprofessional. Been 4 weeks since my claim has been summited and he will not get back with any information. They should give a negative star review for this company and adjuster!!!

My partner was in an accident in February 2021 where he was deemed not at fault. The other driver (at fault) was driving a rental from Enterprise that - I guess - uses ClaimsPro as their adjustors. It is now June 2021 and without us constantly reaching out, e-mailing, and questioning the ClaimsPro adjustor, we would have received zero communication. The other driver initially lied that the accident happened in January 2021, although we provided proof that it was in February, and then went completely MIA... and all ClaimsPro could tell us what that they were working on it". I am now having to get quotes for the damages to my vehicle from varying autobody shops "per their policy". My TD Insurance adjustor is baffled and said they have never seen anything like the service provided by ClaimsPro. I would truly give 0 stars as possible as this has been the most stressful

The first thing I noticed about ClaimsPro is its sheer lack of professionalism. If you have a claim that is assigned to ClaimsPro, you should immediately request another independent adjuster. My experience has been a extremely negative with poor communication, questions and concerns ignored, and an abrasive, condescending tone. You will also wait forever for reimbursement. You know, we can't always get what we want in a claim process; however, I think it reasonable to expect a minimum threshold of competence and courtesy with an adjuster. ClaimsPro will not meet that minimum threshold. This company is to be avoided.

I had a claim for a replacement windshield my insurance company is Allstate they use Claims Pro for all insurance claims. I was told I had to use Speedy Auto Glass for the replacement. So I called Speedy for an estimate and lead-time the price was $965.00 which is what Claims Pro will pay and the lead-time was 5 to 6 months no glass anywhere it had to be manufactured! So I proceeded to get a quote from the Lexus dealer it was $1300.00 dollars but they have the windshield in stock so I booked the appointment and had my windshield replaced by Lexus. Claimspro only paid the $965.00 and I had to eat the rest. So I guess your not in good hands will Allstate and its a good thing that I paid extra for glass converge! If Claims Pro's supplier cant supply the product they should pay for the full amount of the windshield replacement
