Excellent service with attention to detail. Evan helped me work through my decisions with my regular prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. He made me aware of their promotions and was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Made shopping for new glasses nice and easy!

Great eye glasses selection. I could use a larger small face selection, but they had enough in the kids section for me. Second person that helped me complete my order was great; he also billed my insurance direct and I got my eye glasses coverage without having to submit a claim myself! The first person I spoke with was not so friendly. I was disappointed they have no hygeine cleaning, like the other eyewear stores, of the eye glasses for after people try them on; I was told by the first staff to try them on then just put them back for the next person. I'm excited to get my new glasses in a couple weeks!

Lenscrafters in town has always been amazing to me! Great for your eye exams and glasses. They even fixed a vintage pair of sunglasses (family heirloom) for me free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service . I can’t find the business card/ names of two younger males who helped me but they were awesome . Brought in a set of Cartier glasses I broke and were in pieces due to two small nuts being lost to hold the frames in place . They repaired and reassembled them for me at no charge because they wanted to help out ! I wish I remembered their names to give them praise but thanks again guys . Would send anyone here for repair or new glasses

My lenscrafter was very knowledgeable and customized every aspect of my spectacles. Offered every option for my glasses quickly and wasn't pushy with the sales portion. I explained my lifestyle and he matched me up perfectly, even offering a different color option that I decided on. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience during their sale. I’d gone in for an eye exam that went very well and to get a new pair of glasses. I was assisted by a younger man, he was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall great customer service.

While we didn't get our eye exam at Lenscrafters, we did come in for glasses today and it was a wonderful welcoming experience that had our family leaving extremely happy (which was fantastic after a not so great experience elsewhere). The staff was amazing and they worked with us to make sure my daughter left happy with glasses that also worked for our budget/coverage. Thank you LensCrafters!

Absolutely fantastic service top tier business I’ve ever been to! I don’t know how they found so many amazing employees.I went in to fix a broken arm on my sunglasses and received them looking brand new with a new glasses case.I will be coming back for all my glasses needs!

I was having difficulties with the fit of my new glasses. I have very high cheek bones, and it’s challenging for me to find glasses that truly fit. So, I went in to them adjusted. Chay was amazing! He spent a great deal of time adjusting my frames little by little until they were absolutely 100% perfect! He knew exactly how to tweak them.I highly recommend Chay and the Kelowna LensCrafters.Thank you!!

Excellent customer service and always there to answer my questions and suggest the best eyeglasses and sunglasses for my style and face shape. I was happy with their attention to detail, as their recommendations made it easy for me to decide. I live in the lower mainland, and they offered to send them to my nearby store or home. I highly recommend this store.
