Swift High Speed has always bettered their booking time estimates and they arrived when they said the would. Installation crews were pleasant to deal with and informative. Questions to them or other staff have been addressed quickly and courteously and the service is stellar. Again they exceed their specs - speeds are better than advertised and the only service outage we have had was acknowledged and explained immediately. Now Swift High Speed has boosted our level of service at no additional cost, just because they could. Their service - technical and personal - are exemplary.

This was for explore net. Swift was fantastic!So I signed up for fiber. The promise was high-speed, uninterrupted internet. Not only is it not fast it is the definition of interrupted.Every 2-3 min all our internet drops out. I'm not the guy who complains without doing my due diligence.First I called. They said to restart the modem. Great didn't help. Then they put me on hold for 15 min and hung up on me.I called again later on and went through the same stuff. This time they checked my speed ping and a bunch of other stuff. They said it wasn't working but they were not sure why.Again I call because I have an important zoom meeting coming up. Still no help. They sent out a technician who did exactly what I did over the phone.Missed my meeting.I called again this time angry. Finally they submitted a work ticket to get it fixed. Now after not being contacted for months I call again. They cancelled the ticket and didn't tell me. Now there is a new ticket.What the actual heck. What does it take to get some customers service.

Customer service was very helpful during initial set up and the internet service itself was always reliable as well. Evan was very helpful when a billing issue arose when the service was canceled. He made sure everything was adjusted fairly and provided really great customer service.

Waited 3 weeks to get hooked up, waited on install day and nobody was showing, I had to call in to find out they cancelled my appointment without any notice. No new date for install so having to wait another couple weeks for new install date.

Very unhelpful staff who I spoke with. Not unfriendly or rude, just not helpful. Didn’t try to find an answer for me or direct me just said “I don’t know” when I asked who I contact for wifi if they’re just doing fibre now (which I learnt on the call).

My experience with swift started great but ever since the xplorenet buyout, I have been completely ignored with getting fiber installed. The fiber line was installed up to my house but ever since then I have been waiting for it to get connected. This has been the case since May. Calls to both swift and xplorenet results in zero progress. Meanwhile other neighbours that have moved in months after me already have fiber. What's the deal here?Edit: (Switching from 1 star to 5) I got fiber installed today and the Swift installation team was great. It was not Swift's fault for the delay in switching from wireless to fiber. The Swift team, from the customer service team to the installers, do a great job. Xplorenet on the other hand has a way to go. Looking back at the whole process, I would recommend to anyone else in the same situation to be patient with Swift because they want to hook you up with fiber immediately, but have to wait for Xplorenet to figure their process out first.

Swift used to be good. Got bought out by xplornet I know the Swift team is still doing the troubleshooting and tech help.Absolute terrible service now. Been trying to get ahold of them for a couple months now and no one calls back.

Should take pointers from Valley Fibre when doing residential installs. Unprofessional blocking entire driveways and roadways during installation.
