EDIT : A year has gone by and yet.. Without fail another amazing experience!! The service and quality here just can't get any better!Amazing work!! Went there with a very expensive torn pair of jeans.. Ilhem fixed it right up and it barely shows!! SO HAPPY I CAME :) :)

Avoid if at all possible. Used to be good, then were bought over summer 2017 and it all went downhill from there. They no longer clean on the spot, rather they have it shipped. Quality of pressing has gone down; I regularly have to re-iron shirts and suits sent for cleaning. The good employees have left.

Literally the worst customer service ever by the seamstress.We came in to tailor a pair of pants, not only were we met with dismissive and incredible rude attitude, the lady simply doesn’t want to engage in any conversation with us. Where is this passive aggressiveness coming from?!If you think that you can treat your customers like this, don’t care about the most basic level of decency, you’ve got another thing coming.Future customers beware: if you want your clothes to be handled with care, hoping they would either clean your stuff or get the clothes tailored to your desired length, better find somewhere else. Because I guarantee you, you’ll be repulsed by the attitude of that lady who doesn’t even want to work there.Littéralement le pire service client jamais offert par la couturière.Nous sommes venus pour faire un pantalon sur mesure, non seulement nous avons été accueillis avec une attitude dédaigneuse et incroyablement grossière, mais la dame ne veut tout simplement pas engager la moindre conversation avec nous. D'où vient cette agressivité passive !Si vous pensez que vous pouvez traiter vos clients comme cela, sans vous soucier du niveau de décence le plus élémentaire, vous avez autre chose à faire.Futurs clients, prenez garde : si vous voulez que vos vêtements soient manipulés avec soin, en espérant qu'ils nettoient vos affaires ou qu'ils vous obtiennent des vêtements adaptés à la longueur souhaitée, mieux vaut trouver un autre endroit. Parce que je vous le garantis, vous serez repoussé par l'attitude de cette dame qui ne veut même pas y travailler.

If you want spend money for damaging you'r cloths, choose them!I paid 68 dollars for cleaning my winter parka with coffee stains and they not only did not clean them off but also refuse to refund me. Even worse the cloth came back with many white stains! They blamed that my coat's material was hard to clean, what a ridiculous excuse!

No problems. Had a three piece suit cleaned, a sweater zipper repaired, and a tear in the seam of my winter coat repaired. All the work was done well and I found the prices reasonable. It was all ready on time as promised.

I tried to have my coat stitched up here. They charged me, didn't stitch my coat and then argued with me about what I asked them to do. They refused to fix my coat and refused to give me back my money. I managed to get my money back by issuing a chargeback with my credit card company.Bad service. Avoid avoid avoid.

They unfortunately never get it right the first time, even for simple cleanings. The lady is nice, but quality is definitely a problem, especially for the high prices. Stay far away, there are better options in the neighbourhood!Moreover, I once forgot 80$ in my suit pocket and obviously, it was gone the next day...

Terrible experience. The weekend girl served me while she was on the phone with a friend. Brought in a suit and a pair of pants to get cleaned and fixed. Came back to get the suit, which was cleaned, but the hole in the suit wasn’t fixed like I had asked and been charged for. The girl couldn’t find my pants so I had to come back and get them a week later when they did finally find them. NEVER EVER GO HERE!
