horrible experience here!! I called and asked if they had time to do full acrylics with small nail designs and he said yes of course come right in. I got there he started doing my nails he had to make frequent stops for other clients because they were making a fuss. at the very end of his time he had to leave early to go pick up his child I was left with one other nail technician in a quiet dark salon because he had closed. The next day I went in asking for them to redo them all or to get a full refund he decided to give me 75$ cash of my $80 nails plus a $20 tip. no communicating and made me feel embarrassed around other guests…

Thi fit me in last minute within a 15 minute time frame on Sunday. He was pleasant to speak to and very efficient in getting my nails a pretty shade of pink just in time for Easter. I will be back. Good customer service and very friendly.

Sophie's Nails on 104th is my favourite place to get my nails done. The staff are nice and very efficient. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend going here!

Got my nails done by Thi and they turned out amazing. My nail tech moved and I've been searching for a new tech as I like my nails tobe a lil on the extra" side and Thi nailed the set I asked him to do !!! I will be back and referring all my friends that get their nails done to go see Thi or his wife Sofie !!!"
