Gentle, compassionate, caring. Takes time to explain; checked in on me in the hospital even when I wasn't under his care. Office staff are very pleasant and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have this man caring for me.

Surgery almost a year ago. Been in pain all over again. But avoid calling or goin to doctors because I always seem to feel like I’m “annoying” finally caved and called dr woods office. And whomever I spoke to was so rude. It took me all day to get the guts to make that call. Now I’m just left in tears. No wonder people don’t seek help when they are treated in such a way! Otherwise Dr. woods was great when I had my surgery.

One Star only for the horrible receptionist, I have no opinion on the Dr as we've had zero interactionI called multiple times everytime I'd ask the question she's get snotty and hang up on me....My question was just inquiring what date my surgery was on, so it was very straightforward but apparently not for her.

I've been trying to call back to set up my appt for over 6 days now at all different times of the day too.Always busy signal.They need an answering service.I'll give a better rating when I actually get to see him.

Dr woods is the kindest dr I've ever encountered ..I've never had an issue getting through to his receptionist.He treats you like a human being. He is knowledgeable and kind. There is no ego with him like most doctors. I had cystoscopy and he took the time to explain everything!!I can't say enough about him.

This great doctor always gets me in within a few minutes of my appointment time. He likely won't be able to see you today. How good do you think a doctor is if they are not bust everyday. He has called to check up on me on Sundays, he has stayed late to see me and he sent me to a hospital (at my request) to be treated by a world famous urologist professor. Thanks to his wonderful, friendly wife who is always cordial when I see her and thank you for the family time he takes from you to calm me down or renew a Rx. This doctor is the very best.
