My friend and I ordered a takeout pizza and when I got it home discovered it was under cooked. I took it back and politely asked what could be done to resolve. The servers were very nice, HOWEVER, the cook (owner) came out and belligerently told me that the pizza was fine. I was getting angry, so I promptly left the pizza behind with them to avoid further escalation. My friend who I shared the pizza with (only 2 pieces) is also a cook and had a complete understanding of how this food was prepared incorrectly. He also approached them at a later date and the owner denied him as well. I've eaten here previously and the food and service was very good. The cook made a mistake this time and rather than correct it with 2 opportunities, they ripped me off for about 36 bucks. Big Deal! Everyone makes mistakes cooky, but a decent person admits and corrects their mistake!

I've been here twice now and after my second visit I feel obligated to downgrade from 3 to 2 Stars. The first time I went I had a beef dip and it was disappointing. I also had some cheesecake and it had a gritty texture. Today I tried a monte cristo and I only ate half of one half. Probably the worst monte cristo I've ever had. I think they used cheap deli meat and the sandwich was prepared differently from any monte cristo I've ever had. It wasn't dipped in egg like it should have been. The fries were good, the coffee was ok and the server was very nice but I won't be back.

WOW! First time visit. I was very pleased with my meal. Homemade turkey soup, homemade hamburger steak and a slice of cheese cake (I blame that one on my server). Great service. She was attentive but not intrusive. I will definitely dine there again.The restaurant was clean and comfortable and inviting. It is definitely worth a trip to Didsbury.

I eat here frequently. Love the Keenagers part of the menu for those of us who are older and wanting smaller portions. Always friendly service and good food for a reasonable price.

5 stars! Excellent food. Delicious, hot and flavourful. The service is wonderful. Treated my 2 kids very well. Will be back to try more on the menu. Don’t change a thing.

Wonderful place to eat. Very pleasant atmosphere, exceptional service and the food is great! Homestyle cooking, and very prompt, but not rushed. Very inexpensive by today's standards too. Recommend it to anyone looking for a treat for the tummy.p. s. I was the late Sunday night customer (Aug 28) that returned from Saturday because the food's good and reception was so warm. Thank you again!

We stopped off on our way to Edmonton and it was definitely worth the short drive off the highway. Service was great, food arrived quickly and was delicious. Prices were good for the amount and quality of food.

Well, overall a good experience but the images on Google are all done professionally and not at all the same as what your get. Just compare the Rueben I for with the one the posted themselves. Kind of false advertising if you ask me. Again, was it good? Yes. Was it as good as the pictures they posted. Not at all.
