I would give them 0 stars if I could. The late in charge of the afternoon shift was awful, without explaining enough they cancelled our appointment and made us stay there for an hour to just diagnose the garbage phone they sold us a month ago and eventually they said we don't have that part in this location and you should take your phone somewhere else. I felt miserable and stucked.

Overly Busy with mediocre sales staff. I was with my father here looking to get him an iPhone, we had to wait over 15 minutes just to see a sales rep. Once we got a Sales rep he was so unbothered to help my dad get basic information on a phone with a plan. When we finally decided on the phone we were willing to activate a plan under Rogers as well. The sales guy told us because we will be *porting* a line from a different company we will not be charged any service fee as we are moving lines. When everything was done after cancelling my dads current plan and moving everything over to Rogers. We came to see that we were in fact charged service fees and other miscellaneous charges related to the transfer. During this whole process he decided to start helping someone else out before helping us clear the issue. I will be returning and getting this resolved with another sales rep so I don't have to deal with a lazy rep who just talks to get a quick sale. Don't go here.

This is one of the worst stores I believe. The staff is unprofessional and take no accountability at all for their mistakes. We ordered a phone online and were supposed to pick it up from this store and guess what......! While on our way to the store we checked the order status and it show the phone was already picked up when we clearly did not. When we went into the store, the store manager Priscilla, without admitting her mistake that they gave away the phone to someone else with out checking and validating the identity, she says that our identity was stolen. So incompetent in handling the situation where she would not even review the cctv footage and asks us to raise a complaint with TPS. We are now waiting for the Toronto Police Services to investigate the issue. One thing I would suggest is to just buy Apple stuff online. Do not go to this store.

Had an incredible experience today! Called customer service to set up an appointment and they were quick to help. At the store, all of the employees were very polite and helpful. Natalie did an incredible job quickly helping me resolve the issues with my computer. The turn around was fast and I got my device back swiftly after dropping it off. Thank you Fairview Apple store! :)

Service was bad. Went there to buy iPhone. They told us there is a finance available, while we filled up the application the sales left us to serve others. When we were done the sales never came back as he was serving other customers. We had to wait again and at the end another sales person tried to help. Other staffs were chatting didn’t care if we were waiting. They could have help us but rather we had to wait. So bad. At the end we were told to order online.

I wish there was a zero star option for the review.I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with a server named Prince at the Apple Store. I went to the store with a legitimate request to change my phone, which was clearly outlined in my contract. However, Prince displayed a complete lack of professionalism, rudely dismissing my request and attempting to avoid providing the necessary assistance. When I requested to speak to his manager to address the issue, Prince arrogantly claimed to be the manager himself. This was clearly a lie, as confirmed by another Apple representative. His dishonesty only worsened the situation. To make matters worse, when I confronted Prince about his false claim, he resorted to insulting behavior by telling my sister to shut up" in front of other Apple servers. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable and showcases a complete disregard for customer service.Although Prince later attempted to clarify that he was the manager of technical support

I always visit the Apple store wherever available mainly to see what’s new but also for my son to enjoy some time on the iPad. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The place as usual is very well organized. My main 2 complaints is that it gets very crowded and that the devices need to be cleaned more often. But that’s Apple and expected.

I would NOT recommend this Apple location at all for any of your repairs. I just got a battery replacement at this location where I got my iPhone back that was in perfect condition damaged. I was told I needed to remove screen protector and everything before repair which I did. When I received my iPhone back it now has marks in the screen, and it’s not just one mark there are several dots on my screen and nicks. At first I was told to phone apple which I did, and they told me that I needed to deal with the store for them to repair it or replace it. I attempted to get a hold of a manager which also let me tell you is playing phone tag and only leaves a message once. Anytime I have tried to phone the store the phone just simply rings. Now, I go back to the store for the Manager Dalton to agreeing there is now damages to the phone that weren’t there before repair and that they wouldn’t fix their damages because it doesn’t stop the function of my iPhone. Which it does, the Face ID isn’t as quick anymore, and it lags. The function doesn’t matter, the problem lays with the fact I brought my iPhone in, in perfect condition that needed a new battery to only come back to a damaged iPhone. He also tried to state “would you lose a finger because of a scratch” well, actually if that finger gets infected yes, you’ll lose the whole finger. Now, if those marks gets bigger than yes, I lose my whole screen which you won’t repair. You charge people to fix things if there’s any type of cosmetic damage, but you’ll damage peoples iPhones and then not fix it because of a damage you caused. When I spoke to a senior advisor prior to this store not helping to begin with, they told me the store has to replace it OR repairs their damages regardless if they’ve caused any type of damage to it.
