Loved this place, the staff at front were really really helpful. They stayed back after 5PM to help us with our licenses.The technology was not too friendly and there were frequent breakdowns, but the staff did their best.

Cherry insurance has terrible customer service. I always have issues renewing insurance or licensing with them. Their administrative staff are challenging to deal with. I would recommend going anywhere else to get insurance!

Excellent service from the front staff through to brokers. They always have updates out in a timely manner and are very knowledgeable about the various products.

My wife and I recently moved from BC and went in to register for the SK license. They were patient with us as we gathered all our documents and IDs but they messed up our registration and we both ended up with a Novice license despite having 10+ years of driving experience. Very frustrating...

Cherry has been fantastic. Definitely one of the best local insurance providers out there. LOVE their billboards and marketing too.

When I reached then they were not able to assist due to poor knowledge of the matter .. should be better prepared to help customers , sent me of to Circle Dr saying they know better .

I was communicating via emails after a friend's referral. Their customer service is very unprofessional. At first they did not reply to one of my emails but after my friend mentioned it to them, they apologized so all was fine. But afterwards, I was transferred over to Lyle Bauer. We were in the middle of discussion and he promised to get back to me by Apr 15. And by Apr 23, still no word from him. So I had to email to remind him. In that email, I asked about a couple of points in the insurance policy that do not work well for my profession. The next day he emailed me back saying your need for coverage and extensions goes beyond what our plan is willing to offer. You really have no option but to remain with your current insurance carrier. We will close our file."No word of apology for not keeping his word
