Read the recent reviews and gave Local a try. We were disappointed that one pizza was fairly burnt with 1/3 being crust with no toppings, and the other had very minimal toppings and was meh. We will continue to look for another place.

We tried Local Pizza awhile ago and went in with low expectations, as the previous pizza joint in this location was less than inspiring with their pizzas. However, the pizzas coming out of this restaurant are top notch. We are particularly fond of the Indian inspired ingredient choices. The employees are friendly and courteous. We definitely will buy from here again.

6pm, dinner time and you guys had 6 slices of pizza all ham and pineapple. Didnt acknowledge us when we came in. Terrible place. Wont go back. .

I'm happy to see a competitor to Domino's in the value/$ for Pizza. Delicious pizza, arguably better than Domino's at competitive price. We order from there now.

Very good quality for the price.My wife is severely celiac and has NEVER had an issue with Locals as they take care to avoid cross contamination!Would recommend for a quick, cheap and delicious pizza!

When we have a bunny spay/neuter clinic for the Flying Fur Animal Rescue (located in Parksville) at Shamrock Veterinary Hospital in Comox we always order from here(the veterinary staff volunteer their time so least we can do is provide lunch)One of the volunteers at vet clinic is gluten free and most of us are vegetarian and the pizza is amazing(hard to find when most meat free pizzas taste the same and have exact same toppings).Even when our carnivore volunteers attend they love the meat pizzas just as much.Don't know atmosphere since have a volunteer pick it up for me but I assume it's as great as the pizza so gave full stars.

We loved it! An Island company, serving great quality pizza and an very fair price. The owner seems very dedicated and friendly, this is our new go-to pizza place.We had the Meat Lovers with white sauce and the Greek, cheers!
