Staff are super rude, the assistant manager wouldn't address questions on the return policy and said 'im not doing this, go to the other urban planet. Store is also always a mess and no one is ever helpful."

Shopped for my 12 year daughter. Great deals! Some really cute shorts and tops. I was scared to get anything for myself because you can't try anything on. Everything looks extremely small. Great for my almost teen.

Pretty awful customer service. I tried exchanging jeans I received as a Christmas gift for a larger size and was told I was unable because it was purchased before the holiday period. Purchase was made on Nov. 21st. I was met with 2 different answers as to when the holiday period began, with no written policy to back that up. I asked where it says the beginning date of this ambiguous holiday period (as it is nowhere to be found on the receipt or online), to which the employee said, well I'm saying it now." I was then given a card with a number to call

Staff didn't greet us. When I needed help I had to walk around the store looking for someone. When I finally found someone she pointed to the girl across the store. Staff were not very friendly at all. Even the girl working the till seemed like she didn't even want to be there. She helped me get a code for 10% off though. s I wasi interested in buying more but given the level of customer service I was - I didn't want to buy more than $20 worth of stuff. I almost walked out and bought nothing.

Great prices for fashionable clothes! Hand wash everything you buy here though or wash in delicate, cold, in a delicate wash bag otherwise you will be disappointed!
