I ordered and paid for a Sausage Farmers wrap and a cookie. I received a sausage and egg wrap with chipotle sauce (no hash brown or cheese on it) and a cookie. Walking in they had a about 8-10 workers up front and still waited a couple minutes to be served (that's no big deal) but when served the lady seemed in-attentive and wasn't even behind the register, I said I had a gift card to pay and she said scan it then walked away. Waiting for my food the lady put it on the counter without any mention of what it was so I waited to ask if it was mine but no one recognized I was there. Poor service and was ripped off a couple dollars, I'd advise others to go to the timhortons down the road instead.

Didn't know it was possible to have a favourite Timmies but this location has been consistently great. It gets busy but they do try their best and it's evident in their service. Stark contrast to the location a few intersections south of here. Food is good and as I always go inside I get to see that the food is prepared with care, which I appreciate.

This location continues to disappoint.Always slow and inconsistent.Ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Cream cheese is an extra $1. As you can see from my photo, hardly any cream cheese at all.Sometimes though, there is so much that its all cream cheese.Not sure what the issue is with this location. training? Staffing levels?

I will not order food at that location.They are so busy they don’t realize what they are doing. A person was making my food, stopped and turned to remove garbage bag and than continued to finish making my food while wearing the same plastic gloves. When the person handed me my food I said no thanks and would you to make another one for me without touching the garbage container, the person realized what happen and apologized.After that incident I do not eat at that location just coffee.

This Tim's coffee shop conveniently located near my office, and I frequently visit it. Every time I go there, I have a consistently excellent experience. I usually utilize the drive-through service to grab my morning coffee on my way to the office, and I always receive a freshly brewed cup. The staff members are consistently friendly and make the overall experience enjoyable. I recommend this coffee shop..

Positives:I really like this Tim Horton's location. The upgrade/refurbishing is fantastic and it looks more like a cafe you want to spend more time at. In fact people have been spending more time here. Older folks will come in a read a newspaper and university students actually come here to work on assignments. The chairs are different - darker brown and nicer as is the flooring. Its pretty close to where I live so I'm able to walk her and sometimes even work here on days when I don't go into the office. The narrowing of the queue corridor whereas previously it was unnecessarily wide, really makes better use of the space.Room for improvement:FOR VIEW OF THE MANAGER/LEADERSHIPThe younger staff (perhaps those who just left high school) need to be trained better, especially with how to behave. I come here sometimes at night to unwind and just reflect, but the behaviour of the staff and the conversations they have that customers are able to hear is not very appropriate at all. It brings down the value of this place. I think we all have maturing to do, I'm only in my late 20s but I'm hoping management will have a talk with staff on acceptable and considerate workplace conduct.Cheers.

Great coffee both cold and hot and the ice capps with chocolate milk are great on a hot day. Sandwiches are perfect for lunch especially when free with points. Donuts are always good even tho none seem to be stocking walnut crunchthat is back!

Sometimes I get everything fine, last time I got 10 assorted timbits and they only gave me 8 and they were all the same flavour, which is excellent! Also they prioritize people who order in person over mobile orders and there seems to be absolutely zero organization.
