I used one of their vertical culverts to access a valve station. One of the ladder rungs pulled out of the casting causing me to fall 8 feet. When asked if they would fix it, their recommendation was to glue it back in ourselves.

Terrible customer service. Every time I call there, the girl on the phone is rude and abrupt. She literally hung up the phone on me just now. You're never too busy to address a potential customer - don't be so freaking rude. Never again.
