Tyrel & Greg were awesome! As a new home owner, I knew nothing about what was causing the leak from my A/C. FM was able to come by quickly, and were super friendly. They also made sure to explain to me what they were doing and what caused the problem. It was a pleasant experience through and through, and I really appreciated them teaching me about my AC system throughout the process. Great price for the work as well! :)

My furnace was not running and it was (09 Jan). Called and spoke to owner Fred who walked me through some things I could do to save a service call. (Basically taking money out of his pocket!) Those didn't work so repair guys Tyrel and Greg attended. I called at 0945 and they were at our house by 1230. Friendly knowledgeable. Walked me through the repair which was corrosion on a sensor. Straight up. Didn't up sell, didnt B.S., both gents were down to earth and focused. Will definitely be calling them back for repairs or if we need new equipment at somepoint. Nice to know there are still down to earth straight up service folks out there!!

I called FM Heating to give me a second opinion about my furnace after I was told by a company in Wasaga Beach that i needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Fred from FM arrived and immediately put me at ease. Fred was prompt, thorough friendly, knowledgeable and professional and explained exactly what needed to be done, why and how. He identified and repaired the furnace and Started up the air too. Thankfully calling FM was one of the better decisions I’ve made and it saved me lapproximately $6500.00 for work that didn’t need to be done. Additionally when i called the office the administrative support was supportive and responsive. This company and their staff gets an A+ . and i would highly recommend them. Fred, Tyrel & Greg are very knowledgeable, respectful and fair.They fixed our furnace (in Innisfil) and got the part from the manufacturer which was under warranty. Our house is warm and cozy again.Highly recommend FM heating and air conditioning.
