Flagship Roofing was referred to us after work they recently did in the neighbourhood and we could not have been happier! AJ and Julia guided us through a lengthy insurance process, including a site visit with the insurance adjuster. The quality of the quote and insurance report was top notch. After the insurance process was finalized, Flagship was quick to visit with color samples, and the job started a week later. The crew completed the job in 3 days, cleaning up the property every evening to ensure no nails or debris would injure anyone. The job was followed up with photos of the progress. From what I can tell, the quality of the work and materials is excellent! I would definitely recommend this company to whomever needs roof work done!

For the last few years I have had shingles blow off in every storm and dreaded what would happen every time it got windy. I paid good money to have people fix damaged shingles each time. When I called Flagship Roofing, AJ, the owner, explained WHY the shingles kept blowing off and what had to be done to fix the problem instead of just coming back over and over again to repair shingles that hadn't been installed properly in the first place. His crew was efficient and polite and did a great job cleaning up. Thank you for giving me peace of mind!

The May 21st thunderstorm severely damaged roof and it was my first time dealing with the insurance for such major loss. AJ showed up the next day after I called, guided me through the process, completed the assessment in a week and submitted a claim that was approved for a reasonable portion in a timely manner. The draft contract was explained to me clearly and once signed, their team came within 2 weeks and the project was carried out efficiently as planned. As well, their phone receptionist Julia is a great person to communicate with. All in all I only have positive things to say about this company and will certainly recommend it to whoever needs their roof to be repaired/replaced.
