Visited on Feb. 23rd, 2023 in plaza on Leslie and Cummer. Great food and service. Highly recommend.

Fastest service I've ever received; we got our food within minutes of ordering! However food was just OK, it's a bit more expensive than other Korean restaurants nearby and I don't think it was worth the extra few dollars. If you're hungry/hangry I would not recommend getting the hot stone dishes. My dish was still (uncomfortably) steaming hot after my partner was done his meal 20 mins later.

Its somewhere between a 4 and 4.5. The side dishes were refreshing. I recommend their signature chicken soup, although the chicken meat has no bite but that is a sign its good soup. The tebokki was inconsistent (5 percent hard ones mixed in the perfectly chewy ones). I personally don't like the metal cup, i cant pick it up and enjoy the tea.

i ordered through ubereats. portions were pretty small especially considering the pricing. taste of the soup was pretty bland to be honest, and the seafood pancakes were mid. not very impressed

Great food; tasty and neat presentation. The current male server is probably the friendliest one I've seen in awhile. I've been to Sheppard location once but mostly this original one; both seems to be the same in terms of food. As a Korean, there aren't many Korean joints at all to recommend in Toronto as I find most of the places simply don't offer good Korean food to represent but I would take my friends here. They've expanded their menu significantly; I haven't tried new ones yet.

The kimchi fried rice was tasty. Fried dumplings were so good. Remember to add cheese on kimchi pancake.

The food is very close to real authentic Korean home cooking. Yanggomtang (beef soup) is such a heartwarming dish without strong seasoning. The service is very good as well. Never disappoint!

Good authentic Korean restaurant. I tried their beef and chicken cutlet rice dishes. Servers are attentive and respectful. The dishes are on the pricier side compared to other Korean restaurants, but they do give large portions. The Leslie location has less menu items available than the Sheppard location. The soup broth that they serve could use some improvement with more flavour.

I am here in Toronto for one week, looking for long-term accommodation near the area, which is the restaurant location. Today is Valentine's Day and passing by here, I decided to walk in for my dinner even I'm alone. The waitresses are professional as hospitality staff, as the Ontario discipline during the pandemic, they enquired about vaccine passport. Meanwhile, the dishes are come up so quickly, can you believe that all the appetizers are complimentary and even you want more after you finish. The special seol lenog tang is rehabilitating my emotions as in the harshest Winter here, especially when I must study hard as well as I can. Consider that every International student must have been feeling alone in an unfamiliar country, but sometimes maybe just a soup such as here supply can make you feel like back the home.
