Esso

This one night, after band camp, I was driving through a cold dark winter night. My phone was dead, my gas was running on fumes, and all I saw in the distance (through the snowy blizzard) was the Lynden Road Esso. Personally I thought I was seriously dying because when I laid eyes on that Esso, I swear I could hear Angels singing. I pulled into the Esso, hoping that I could find an Angel rather than just hearing them sing. I began to sweat profusely because I realized the drummer of the band had stolen my wallet like he said he would due to me touching his drum set earlier that day... and he did which left me penniless. Knowing I had no way to pay for gas, I dried the tears from my eyes using an old Wendy's napkin and proceeded to walk inside. I was greeted by not only an Angel, but by a person who would change my life for the better. Sami Akiki was his name. I told Sami about my situation and he knew I needed help. Sami began by using his personal credit card to help me pay for gas. He also bought me a chocolate bar of my choice and poured me a warm cup of java. His welcoming and comforting presence is the main reason I believe good people still exist. When leaving, I asked Sami if I could give him a hug, and he did. A good one to. Thank you Sami, I will never forget you or that night at the Lynden Road Esso after band camp when you saved my life.

I watched the cashier lift a car off a new born baby that had been trapped underneath with one arm. The mother of the baby was so eternally grateful that she promised her baby to indentured servitude at this location. Cashier declined, and asked that someone in the crowd write a good review instead. All around great guy, and great service.

Best gas station in town! Car wash is impeccable and left my car shining. Great staff too always smiling!

This place makes me feel like for once in my life I am loved. While others may point out that it was constructed on top of an indigenous holy site, I say hey, things happen, it was a long time ago, and they didn’t bulldoze it.Many people don’t know this but this place is the unofficial official home of coca-cola and the den of monster energy. If we’re being honest this place should be a historical landmark for what it’s done to uphold the community. The car wash is so powerful that some refer to it as “the second coming of Christ” because it can literally wash away your sins while giving your car a sparkling finish. Don’t even get me started on the cigarettes, they’re so pure that just by holding them you a buzz, no need to take the off wrapper. I would definitely recommend the place for any of you’re needs they are top of the line and fantastic people.

High quality gasoline. Best customer service in the business and Sam’s convenience is a one stop shop. It’s my go to for gas, snacks and anything else I might need. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to this Esso for years. All the staff are excellent, polite and considerate. Sam is the man!! He will always greet you with a smile.

Fast and friendly service here...my first time attending here.....way back from Hamilton to Ingersoll looking for an Esso...off highway....located right at the corner easy access...on n off road...Located in strip mall...convenience store and other restaurants...

Had an issue with an ESSO gift card. The manager went above and beyond helping us try and get this fixed. Super friendly and helpful !

Sam's Convenience is my favourite gas station to visit because the staff are all amazing & the prices are always fair.Sam (the owner) is also one of the friendliest guys around and greets everyone with a smile.
