Pushy for sales. I wanted to do a simple transaction(close an account) and was offered multiple products instead, despite me telling the young guy that I was not interested, he asked me Why are you afraid of opening an account?

Most of the staff at this location are young people who are nice but lack of experience. For a couple times of my visits, they made my simple requests complicated, it costed me more time to get the whole thing done at other BMO branch.

Wanted to open GIC account and do some transfers. Marisa Pierri did an excellent job explaining all the little details, getting me a competitive rate and recommending things that would work better for my situation. Highly recommend this branch as I always had a good customer service experience here.

This is not the first time I have received excellent service from this BMO branch. The lady Marissa (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) has helped me a couple of times on some complicate banking matters. She initiated a call to the banking center and solved all my problems. Unlike TD bank, which turns me away to telephone banking, and I had to call them multiple times and be put on hold for over 45 mins each time time to get through, even for reporting a lost credit card. Special thanks to Marissa and her colleagues, this BMO branch has become the leader in customer service standard of the banking industry in Canada.

I wish there was a Vara at every BMO branches. I recently moved to Richmond and was looking for a BMO branch to do my banking needs. I decided to try Steveston branch because this location is less busier than the others. I’ve dealt with a few personal bankers at BMO, but so far only three people who are really caring and went above and beyond. I really appreciated Vara’s honesty and patience. She understands my banking needs and very knowledgable about BMO products. Thank you for all your help!!!

Great team with professional service, especially the Branch Manager Mr. Gerard Briedis who is the only one I found who can speak Cantonese. He provided excellent advice and options for me. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this branch to my friends and family members.
