Torrance Compounding Pharmacy

My mother in law went to see Sandra in search for some medicine for my son whom desperately needed it.. Sandra went above & beyond to help her, we’re all very grateful for the kindness that she has shown as well as her helping us/going out of her way for us!

This pharmacy is so small and whenever there is a patient inside then you need to wait outside. Also parking is another issue, I hate coming to this place.

THE most incredible, professional team! The Pharmacist, Sandra, is so knowledgeable and cares about the patients! She has gone out of her way to help me get the right prescription from my Dr. The products are very high quality, and well priced. The absolute best compounding pharmacy I have ever been to! Can't recommend it enough :)

I've been getting my prescription made by this pharmacy for years! Today one of their staff called wanting to update my information & advise of price. I agreed to all & because I was on a call with my work .. she said that if I didn't call her back, she's not doing my medication. I called back & a man answered advising in a rude manner that they need my medical information because they are merging with a Scarborough location or something of that sort. He was rude & raising his voice, he interrupts without letting me finish a sentence. I also raised my voice because I couldn't understand why a pharmacy was behaving in such a manner when all I wanted was my medication. The manager then called me back already in an arrogant manner accusing me of swearing to the man I was speaking with. She accused me of a lie without any proof , told me that she cannot fill my medication any longer & to find another pharmacy to transfer my files to. She also advised me that she's also the owner.I was dealing with these people for years.Do not ever speak up to this pharmacy or you will be threatened & discarded like a piece of dirt regardless of the relationship you've had with them ... they have no issue lying, bullying & yelling at you with a manager that's no different!! This was a horrible experience!!!

Sandra and her team at Torrance has always been very helpful and patient with handling my needs. They always take the time to go over the creams that I get to ensure that I fully understand the benefits of using them. I love this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compounding pharmacy.

What a great experience! Torrance Compounding Pharmacy is not your average Pharmacy. Right from coming into the doors, it has such a cozy feel welcoming feel to it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Sandra really knows her stuff and you get a genuine since that she has your best interest at heart and is there to help.

I visited several compounding pharmacies before finding Torrance. No one was able to fill my prescription because they didn't have the stock and one pharmacy kept my prescription over a week telling me they ordered" the ingredient. It took 1 phone call & a visit to Torrance and within a day they called me to say my prescription was ready for pick up. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for all my specialized medications! They have my trust! Amazing service!"

Best customer service. They will call to remind you about your medication. What i like is when you call them, they know who you are. The pharmacy is open certain hours. Wish they had more branches and had direct insurance billing.

First time at this pharmacy. They took the time to go over what their services were, the different government benefits, and about the drug that I was getting filled. Getting medication is never a great experience but Sandra made sure I was comfortable and informed. Highly recommend!

We have a one month old that needed specialized medications, our friend who is a pharmacist recommended them as they do a lot of work with Sick Kids. She explained to me that the level of care and compliance they need to take with new babies is incredibly high. When we spoke with the Pharmacist, Sandra was incredibly knowledgable and literally took more than 30 mins explaining not only what the drug they were making was, but why we needed it and how it worked. It just comforted us as new parents knowing that there was someone who cared and was willing to take the time to explain things to us. That alone will keep us coming back as customers!
