I was coming back from Canada to overseas, I did exchanged few thousands Canadian to USD. She counted the money on the machine and handed them to me with an envelope. I was so naive that I didn't go through them ti night when I discovered an old 100 bill from 1996. My plane was next day morning so I didn't have the opportunity to come back to them. I tried inn YYC and YYZ to exchange it with a new bill but no one accepted it. In overseas it is the same nobody is accepting it. I am pretty sure it wasn't an honest move or ny mistake. I am pretty sure she put the old bill right in the middle so that I will not capture it easy. In brief they stole 100 usd from me

I spoke with Tara on the phone before coming in. On the call, she said come and I will give you a good rate. When I went and asked for her, she didn’t even come to the front desk. I was helped by a staff member who was talking in Farsi and gave the same rate as the bank on that day. She kept talking back and forth with Tara in Farsi while I stood there. Very unprofessional and felt it was a fake setup. Avoid at all cost.

Exchange rates are good but customer service is terrible. I don't understand why people stay at jobs they detest or don't like. Why would you be in customer service when you don't like dealing with customers? People need to rethink the type of industry they are in! I'm so sick of getting attitude for a role they are expected and paid to do! Not only do they advertise that they close at 5 pm, I called to confirm and they said they typically close at 4:30 even though business hours on google shows 9-5. You should consider updating google to properly reflect the business hours.

I was directed here by a few people who recommended this place. Unfortunately, when I called, they said they could not exchange Canadian or American dollars for a Guatemalan currency.I understand not being able to carry all currencies in house at any given time, but when asked if it could be ordered in, or if there was any other way of obtaining currencies, the response was just “I don’t know” and the call promptly ended. Customer service was overall poor.
