Sold us this folk lift machine a year ago, never told us anything about the battery maintenance that it needs water refill, our company ended up in an expensive repair bill from them. Upon asking why they didn't give us any battery maintenance pdf or anything they simply lied that they sent the paper brochure when they delivered the machines. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer. I recommend stay away from this company and I hope my review help them fix their internal staffing issues, customer service manners and a bit eye opening for the owners.

We started out with a wrong communication between Premier Lift and our shop in the back. The information wasn't pass on properly. So I was very mad at the beginning of the service request. But Rachel and Kevin from Premier Lift came thought with excellent and fast service for our forklift. I was critical about it at first because wrong info passed on to me but eventually my forklift got fixed in a very short time. I'm glade that I choose Premier Lift to come fix my forklift. Job well done, team.

My experience was not great - would definitely shop around more next time. Dealing with Premier did not meet my expectations and there where promises made by the sales person that were not kept. Would have been nice to received owners manuals for the new (used) equipment (even a photocopy).

We purchased a Drexel forklift in Dec 2021. I was a bit worried because the lift was in Canada and we are in Miami. The unit was received in good condition as reported and was put to work right away! We are very happy with this purchase. Thanks again!

Very easy to deal with, prompt service when we needed it. Our used lift truck showed up in like new condition, and has been working great since day one.

I have had the pleasure of working with Premier Lift Equipment for several years now. The majority of my contact has been with Rachel (Office Manager) and she has always been very professional.

I would never buy anything from here again. They sold me a tow motor that has been nothing but head aches since we got it. The tow motor also has no name plate and cannot be inspected for safety.Training they provided was useless as was all theory and we were never given or shown any hands on practical training. We were told to play around with them and they will come back in a few months to check and see how we are doing. They then sent us certificates in the mail.If you have ever used a Raymond reach you would know that is irresponsible and extremely dangerous to not have shown us how to properly use the equipment.Mechanics don't know how to fix anything and keep charging to repair same issue over and over again. We hired other service companies and techs that have come in serviced and fixed these units.

Up-Right Services Inc. has been working with Premier Lift Equipment for over 5 years. We have purchased 2 used forklifts, completed service and certifications on them with Premier's service team, certified our staff at their training facility and rented forklifts for short term jobs. The service is prompt and affordable and the staff helpful and friendly. Premier will continue to be our go-to for all our forklift needs.

Knowledgeable staff, personal touch communication, prompt follow-up scheduling. Proud owner of a machine, will order more from them in the future. Keep up good work Premier Lift!
