Dr Sue has been our vet for many many years. We have taken countless animals to her. She has been wonderful and always taken exceptional care of all our animals. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I'm not sure about some of the recent negative reviews as they appear to be from newer profiles with little to no other reviews which seems quite suspicious with incorrect information. Come check out the clinic for yourself. They are kind, compassionate and professional. This is also the cleanest clinics I've ever been inside. I travel just over 40 minutes just to come here because I'd trust nobody else with my animals. Thanks Dr Sue and your fabulous staff!

Dr. Sue Beacock has been absolutely phenomenal with my service dog Honey.Honey has come to Holliday on a number of occasions when other veterinarians would turn her away for weeks when she needed sooner attention. The whole staff team here have been nothing short of incredible. They're always super friendly and very helpful.Honey came in for a dental cleaning a couple weeks ago, after getting some questionable reccomendations from other vets... Sue was incredibly helpful and reasonable, and took the time to go through everything with me start to finish. Something no other vet ever bothers to do.Honey had some complications during her dental (no fault of the team at all, just bad luck from having the shelter she came from miss a retained tooth 8 years ago). The team kept me in the loop every step of the way through the surgery, and have been incredibly helpful during the process of finding a specialist to do her next surgery.I trust Dr. Beacock and her team with my service dog, and will be promptly transferring the rest of my animals to her care once I move.I've had many vet's, but this is the first vet I've truly trusted in over a decade.

I will never go to another vet! I talk up Holliday Veterinary Hospital to everyone I know. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and have gone above and beyond for my Sphynx cat. Let alone Dr. Beacock and Dr. Minardi, the entire staff at this practice have been so good to us. Archie and I appreciate you all so much!

We have tried this vet for the past year and it seems they are constantly trying to charge us for the same issue, which is still not fixed. Not reliable, not professional - our last call with them was today as we took our dog to another vet and needed his records. Holliday said that they all charge similar fees and we should stick to one vet, they do not care about our dog, he has very bad skin issues and the entire experience with Holliday has been horrible. We have done more for our dog by researching online, changing food, sending in allergy tests to third party labs than Holliday has been able to after countless appointments and fees. Thousands of dollars wasted, and they would take more money from us if we let them. If your pet has an issue this place will give you a reoccurring bandaid, beware and try somewhere else. I am posting a pic of our next appointment card so that Holliday can not say I am not a patient and that this is malice, this is the truth from an overpaying unhappy customer.

We sadly had to have our beloved 14 year old dog Tasha put down earlier this summer after collapsing in our backyard. After trying unsuccessfully to have her taken to her regular vet or a mobile vet come to our home, we were left frantically trying to get her somewhere that would take her on a Saturday afternoon. Thankfully and kindly Holliday clinic agreed to take her immediately (even though they were closing within an hour). They stayed open past their closing time to ensure we could have x-rays performed on her and to give us some time to spend with her before we said goodbye. Obviously its a difficult and heartbreaking situation for any pet owner to be in, but after having time to reflect on and deal with it, I sincerely appreciate the way that Holliday handled it for us. On top of everything they did that day we recently received a beautiful hand written card in the mail that was signed by all of their staff that expressed their condolences for Tasha. It was so thoughtful and it meant so much to us after the fact. We will never forget what they did for us that day and I wish Tasha had been a regular patient there.

Very pleased with our visit to Holliday Veterinary Hospital yesterday. We met their new vet Dr. Daniel Minardi and what a thorough and professional job he did with our dog. Not only did he address our concern with his ears but also took it upon himself to look at a variety of other ailments the dog had experienced lately. He is an old dog and Dr. Minardi says it's good to check all the things that could be going on with him. We were extremely happy with the visit and of course will return again. We have been coming to Holliday vet for many years and are always impressed with their quality of service thanks to Dr. Sue and her highly professional staff.

A couple years ago our 9 wk old pug got an ulcer in his eye. I knew he was blind and in bad shape before taking him to holliday vet ( The eye was good the night before). The vet said the eye had become badly infected and the eye had to be removed( i heard there pugs are bad for ulcers and having to get the eye removed) The vet told me you have a choice. He said you can get me to take the eye out or we can get a specialist to remove the eye. If he did it and something went wrong he would have no choice but abort the surgury. But the specialist could deal with any complications. So he set everything up for us to take the 9 wk old pug pup to see the specialist. The next day in the morning the pup had surgury and home that night.Point i am making here its not about the work to make the clinic more money. Its about give the best chance for my pets as he gave away a very expensive surgery job.My one eyed bandit has a second chance of living a happy doggie life thanks to holliday vet clinicThank you all at holliday vet team

Vet Sue and her team were amazing. They just saved my dog. They showed how caring and competent they are. I was so impressed with the service. New to the area and have yet to see a vet this committed anywhere in Ontario. She consulted outside professionals and studied all she could to help my dog through an uncommon heart issue. He had a real close call, and thanks to Sue and her team, he gets to see another day.Facilities were clean and comfy for the animals. I was much more comfortable leaving him here than any other place. Nice calm environment for the animals.Sue was committed and followed up all along the way. It was a scary couple of days, but thankfully he was in good capable hands. Thankyou.

This vet is horrendous. She killed our dog. Our dog had an upset stomach. Dr. Sue convinced us to keep her overnight. That turned into four nights. She refused to tell us what is wrong. She refused to give us any test results. Then she blackmailed us, threatening to call the SPCA unless we paid her an outrageous $4300! We told her we need to get a loan for the money. The next day we find our she euthanized our poor dog. We didn't even have a chance to say good-bye. Needless to say we will be filing a lawsuit and submitting an official complaint to the Ontario College of Vets disciplinary board. She should not be practicing as a vet. Also obviously people have different nicknames online. This clinic will try to get around unethical practice and bad reviews by saying you are not their client. I encourage anyone to reach out to me and I can send you a copy of vet bill from this shady practice.

The staff are so friendly and kind, and the vet care was thorough and top notch. I'm so glad we chose Holliday for our dog after moving to Cambridge. We felt very cared for here.
