I would give it 5 stars however when I got there to buy shoes no one came to assists me to find a pair. Again the ladies shoes didnt have my size on stock. So I then had to go to mens shoes which I found a pair of shoe's that will do the trick. I wish Marks would be more flixible in sizes for the women department. Inlove the clothes yet nothing ever fits and the size lables are deceiving it says 2x yet not anywhere close to other 2x clothes.

My husband and I purchased two pairs of shoes yesterday. We were very specific as to our needs -both pairs to be waterproof. We purchased them, got home and found my husbands shoes were not as requested. We called the store and spoke to Phylis. She was professional and apologized for the error and assured us she would make it right. We drove back into town today and met with Phylis who had held the correct shoe for us. Sadly they didn't have the correct size in store, but assisted with the order and discounted us for our trouble of having to come back in.My husband was quick to share, “it is not so much the mistakes you make, it’s how you recover.”Phylis recovered very well and we appreciated that!

I like Mark's. Clean, well organized store. Often good sales. I was looking for a new pair of lighter weight mid-profile men's winter boots. They carry a good selection of steel toed and not steel toed in a wide range of prices. I found two or three but being January, stock was getting low. My only criticism is not enough selection in waterproof walking boots.

One of the only stores I buy my clothes at. Comfortable, durable and for every season. Marks has you covered. The CT Money doesn't hurt either .... especially with the triangle MasterCard

I needed to send a ‘thank you’ and shoutout to Anne Marie! She was so helpful when I was looking for hiking boots (that I forgot to bring camping). Store was well stocked and well organized. Team was very friendly!
