Falls tires has great customer service. Their prices are fair because they are here for you with great customer service. This is the type of shop where when something gets done they'll do it right. They are honest with you. They do their best to fit you in and get you fixed up. This a place that takes care of customers old and new.

Only place in Great Falls I trust with my tires and alignment. They do things the old school way and the right way. Prices are fair on parts and labor. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I called a day before, they got me a spot to get a wheel alignment. I forget the gentlemans name that helped me out but he was so awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They are fats and friendly

Excellent customer service. Took care of three tire issues quickly and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. If I ever have tire needs in the GF area I wouldn't go anywhere else.
