Tri Vision Optical Cambridge - 3 for 1

Tri-Vision Optical has amazing customer service as their staff was able to help me pick 3 different styles of eye glasses. They had timely service as my glasses were in earlier than expected. Would definately recommend their service and quality products.

I had such a great first experience here! Dr. Jaworsky was very nice and really took the time to ensure my exam was thorough. Julissa and Erica were both so nice and easy to talk to as well! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. When I was picking out glasses Julissa knew exactly what I wanted and went to the back to select glasses they didn't have on the floor. I think every pair I got she had picked out from the back and she even let me try on her glasses (which we ended our ordering for me)! I look forward to returning and getting my new glasses! :)

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with purchasing my glasses. The girls here are over the top amazing, courteous and friendly. They took care of my eye care needs in a timely matter and are very friendly. I will totally recommend them to my friends and family. They will be my go to from now on. Duncan and his staff are truly amazing! Customer service was top notch. So many frames to choose from. The quality is excellent. I am so happy with my new glasses and so pleased to have been able to get three pairs for the price of one. I would recommend visiting Tri-Vision next time you need new glasses. Everyone that works here is always so welcoming and friendly. Our 21 month old daughter loves to come with us to interact with the employees and play with the toys they have set out. Even when we move back to KW we will still drive here to get our eyes tested and to get our glasses. Thank you for actually caring about your customers!

First impressions of Duncan: typical sleezy salesman. I couldn't have been more wrong; after talking to him I realized he's a small business owner trying to provide a quality product at a reasonable price.Prices are very good; there are competitors that undercut but they lack the quality. I've used cheap places before and regret every time.Quality: These are by far the best glasses I've owned. Perfect fitting, very light, stay in place when exercising and the coatings do what they are supposed to. Night driving is no problem now even amongst the bright headlights crowd.Would I recommend to family and friends? Already have

About three weeks ago, I was searching for a new eye glass place as I use to go to the 3 for 1 glasses in brantford and ran into a not so nice situation when I went back to find they had change their name and were operating under new staff. I googled 3 for 1 glasses in my local area and a location came up in Cambridge. I thought perfect. I called and Mr. Duncan who I always dealt with in Brantford answered the telephone. After confirming that it was the same Duncan I was in total shock and couldn’t believe the coincidence of that! I advised I needed new glasses and was invited in to Tri Vision Cambridge location. When I went in the staff were ever so welcoming and of course Duncan helped me find not only 1 but 2 pairs of glasses that I absolutely needed and loved the cosmetic look and feel of them on my face! I so recommend this place as I have now been wearing glasses for over 8 years and have always dealt with Duncan! Couldn’t be happier that I found him. I love my glasses , they are ever so perfect and I just wanted to say Thank you so so so much for always taking care of my vision needs!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!
