Dulux Paints

I just walked in here to buy paint. The guy at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us coming in. We were in there for 10 minutes looking at paint chips and ready to buy paint. But the fact that we weren’t greeted or asked if we needed help was a turn off so I left and went to the one on Young St.Train your staff to greet your customers. Geeze basic customer service isn’t much to ask for

This store is amazing. never had a bad expirence, friendly staff that go all out for every customer. you really get out of paint what you put into it. the biggest mistake that people can make is getting amazing paint, then heading right to the dollar store to get everything else you need for painting. one thing i noticed is that, really stupid people, or just really inconsiderit people, use the customer parking for just going in the mall, or really anything else but going into Dulux paints. that bugs the painters, and every other customer who's really haveing business to do with this store. myself included. hopefully people learn sooner or later after parking tickets get handed out, as they always write peoples lisence plates down for the mall security to handle. everything aside, this store has new sales every 3 weeks or so, and has great paint for the price. i always have issues at bejerman moore or sherwin williams, and for some reason, with most big box stores. this is mainly to do with getting the right colours and right advice for painting. plus i have noticed the same quality of paint is always more expensive anywhere else other then Dulux paints. i'v been a fan of this place since it was formerly known as Color Your World" and that wont change easily."

Was here on my day off and found the staff to be knowledgeable. Very nice store with more than just paint including shutters, wallpaper and flooring.

I had a mixed experience here. The store was nice and well stocked. The sales associate was very helpful at first, but when I went to check out she charged me $60 on my credit card. Before I was about to leave she said she accidentally applied a CAA discount and made me pay $60 more. Not a good experience and I find it ridiculous that I need a CAA membership to get a decent price. I will never go to another Dulux again (and I have spent well over a $1000 over the past year at their different locations).

Great place for paint! Friendly staff and far better selection than the big box stores.

Paint dept. Helpful,knowledgeable,the go above and beyond to make it happen. Whatever you need they will take care of you.!

Very quick service...in and out with everything required(3cans), shaken up in less then 5 minutes. Staff extremely pleasant.

Staff member was rude and tried to talk over me. Told me what HIS BOSS told me was a lie, then hung up on me.Never will go to this store to get painting products EVER!!!P.S. You guys should fire him.Incident happened between 1-1:20 PM
