Walmart Supercentre
Back then there used to be 200+ employees working there, now its been halved. Now when you go, you have to hunt for staff on the floor departments. Some electronics items are locked and it can take forever to find someone to unlock them. You are also on your own when buying large items and back then employees werent allowed to let a customer leave without help with those.Im sure the employees didnt see any of the savings from having selfserve checkout and halving the staff.

Very old classic walmart. One of the best walmart in South Ontario for hunting and fish items. Huge row dedicated only for fishing (and fly fishing. See pictures. 4 stars is because they should add more staff at the cash registry.

Normally this is my Favorite Walmart to go. But just today, it's not organized. Full of boxes on panels in center of alley in many parts of the store. Empty shelves... and other shelves with full of stuff on last shelf example for the curtains... couldn't find anything. Normally staff fill the shelves during the night and put stuff in order. Unsure if anything happened since a few moments ago for this situation to happen like today...

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Horrible service wait no service horrible price jacking. ZERO CASHIERS AND WHEN I ASKED FOR I GET IGNORED. GARBAGE SERVICE IN A GARBAGE STORE.

Waited in line at returns for 20min and when I mentioned that to a person that finally came she gave me attitude. When I went to return the item she said she couldn’t because it wasn’t coded properly on the receipt which, is not my fault as, the items didn’t scan properly in the first place and the person had to manually put them in. Always a fiasco at this Walmart and always attitude. I am still waiting to be reimbursed and it’s been over 30min now and the female has come to give me attitude once again that I need to move. This is horrendous, over 2 $18 tops I have the receipt for and am returning within a week. If you don’t want to have a return policy then don’t but don’t say you do then offer service like this. The manager Jonathan just smashed his hand very aggressively on the counter at me, catch that on video! Wow!

The worst customer service experience in Canada! There is no Customer Service at this Walmart store. I noticed a few times that the price at the checkout is higher than the advertised one. Every time I ignored it until yesterday when it was again 50Cents more more for a pack of sweet peppers. I went to the customer service and a few surprises waited for me there. First the lady was not speaking a word in English. Second she was super rude - her name is Karine. If you want to loose clients hire people like her. She asked someone to check the price and sarcastically said she will give me back 50 cents to make me happy. I told her what the law is saying and she just ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager. One of the supervisors was around, I tried to speak to her, but it was a waste of time. I just returned the product and will avoid Walmart in the future. There are a decent amount of stores with good prices and a much better customer service. Too bad I cannot give 0 stars for this review. Avoid this store. If you have no options, please do you a favor and check the prices at the checkout. I will file a complaint with the customer protection office.

This Walmart is always out of stock. Also the greeter this older woman that seems to be there every time I go has a horrible attitude. Everytime I pay and go to leave she gives me a hard time. I once brought the shopping cart back trying to be courteous and carry my bags out and she acted like I had stole something and checked my bags. Another time I left the cart and carried my one bag to go to tim hortons for a coffee on my way out and she gave me a hard time and wouldn't let me. They really should get greeters that are actually good with people and not an older woman that thinks she is a security guard.

This merchand does not respect consumer protection law in quebec. The items below are all in a section marked liquidation. However at the cash they pass at full price - namely, 9.98,, 9.98, 12.98. I however, do not notice and pay the full amount. When I get to the car my wife tells me hey how much did we save. Well nothing because they passed at full price. I decide to go back in and ask customer service to apply quebec consumer protection law. I tell her I am a lawyer and I understand the provisions. First, some teenager argues with me that all he can do is give them to me at the price they were on sale. He tries to explain to me the law. I tell him thanks im a lawyer the provision is clear. I ask to speak to a manager, the manager explains No I don't have to give you the items for free under 10$ because if you go to another wallmart today they are not on sale. So because you would pay them full price anywhere else the law on the exactitude of prices doesn't apply. I respond to her again im a lawyer and that is not what the law in quebec provides. It is not what is written on the card displayed above. I tell her the law is designed to protect all the people who were fooled into buying a item on sale and paid full price. Many customers were buying these items. In fact when I first showed up at the customer service, the clerk told his boss another Halloween discount dispute in French. Thus, they were aware that the items were passing at full price and were only reimbursing those who noticed they were over charged. I asked to speak to the store manager, you know the one that they put a photo of behind the customer service counter. They refused to let me speak to her. I took a photo went home and called and ask to speak to her Casandre Chauvot the customer service lady recognized me and hung up the phone in my face. In the off chance you bought Halloween decorations there today check your bill they tricked you and made you pay full price. Their tactic was to trick people into buying by marking items on sale and only reimbursing them if they complained. That said they would not give items marked on sale where the value was less than 10$ and were not giving 10$ discounted on the correct price when the value was more than 10$. This is my first step, my next one is advising the consumer protection office of these fraudulent consumer practices.
