They don't just sell you a bike, they give you a pleasant experience in terms of the service and auxiliary help they provide. It's hard to leave the shop dissatisfied if you know what you want. I'll recommend them any day.

Excellent service, they were more then kind when dealing with my issue, we had to wait over 6 months for parts to come in! They were able to store my bike free of charge and repair for a fraction of what I thought it would cost! Now I'm back on the road with no issues. You guys are awesome, highly recommended!! Thanks!

Dropped off my sons bike and even though I have not had it fixed yet, both people I spoke to were really nice. They seemed honest and upfront but willing to do what they can to help. Glad I found them and worth the drive.

Incredible customer service! I happened to buy a bike at a different shop but asked to have Smith Cycle package and ship the bike across Canada. They did a great job packing, saved me money with shipping costs, and followed up within minutes of the delivery notice to ensure I received my bike. Excellent business!
