My boiler for the infloor heating stopped working. Thought it was minor, Hank's guys showed how it was not, explaining the original install issues. Got it limping along for a few days before it failed again, they loaned me heaters until they could replace the boiler. The options and install was nothing short of amazing.They are everything a service company should be. I am sure if you looked it up in the dictionary you would see Hanks Plumbing as the example.Very knowledgable, explained what went wrong, how it would be installed to never happen again. It's a tight space but no compaints. Even their office staff was responsive and proactive.I really could go on, but if you need solid, trustworthy, knowledgable plumbers, these are the guys to go to.

I have had my furnace go out twice in the past two years and both times, in the middle of winter. Hanks Plumbing and Heating has come through in the clutch for me both times moving things around in their schedules to deal with the emergency. I was impressed with their ability to communicate through multiple people and to accommodate my needs. Graeme W. was the rep that came out to my home on the second occasion and he was awesome. I would like to say that I greatly appreciated his honesty, his professionalism and communication when he told me what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and what I could do in the future. I'd recommend Hanks to anyone who is looking for help with their heating needs.

We are tenants of a property in Legacy and just had a visit from Ben at Hank’s. He was very professional and immediately identified the issue(s) with all three of our bathrooms- improper wax sealing of each of the three toilets. He explained the issue to me and additional effects that could occur as a result of the leaking, using easy wording which was appreciated. He was quick to get working and respectful of Covid measures- I would highly recommend! Great service, thank you!

Hanks plumbing grossly overcharges in their hourly rate. A 20 minute job that was done in my condo ( hanks chosen by property manager) was charged for multiple hours so they could “ drive to pick up the part” for what I was told was a standard fix in the building. Totally unprofessional as they charged this kind of money without letting the me approve it first AND then not respondTo me / property manager when l questioned thrm on it. I called in as a fake customer asking for a quote on the work that I had done , including the part and it was estimated to be almost half as much. Beware of what they consider time appropriate to bill as it’s not standard to other plumbing companies in the market.

Amir was out to my place a few times to deal with some plumbing issues. He was friendly, determined to get to the bottom of the problem, and always left things cleaner than when he got here. When I spoke with management on one occasion, they were very professional and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. I would recommend their services!

Chad Spence from Hank's Plumbing fixed the problem with our toilet yesterday. He was on time as scheduled, repaired the problem quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant and professional. We would not hesitate to use him and Hank's again.

Our water heater died and needed to be replaced. We called Hank's Plumbing and they were great! The price was fair, staff arrived on time and replaced the water tank in the estimated time frame. They were clean, polite and we have been thrilled with hot water now any time we need it! I highly recommend Hank's Plumbing.

Many thanks to all the staff, Michael, the journeymen, apprentices and especially Kevin who work tiredless to get our heating issues and leaks under control. Property manager for our townhome hired Hank's and Seth was here today. Great customer service, very friendly and professional. He had no issues with our friendly pets and was good at explaining things to someone who did not understand.
